Infinera design & deliver bespoke network solutions for our customers to build the next generation of optical networks. Our solutions are completely unique to each customer, location and project. They can involve equipment, software and services across multiple locations – think of data centers across a continent or a subsea cable from Boston to Bordeaux. Proposals can be $10 million+ in value and are very complex. Working with the regional commercial managers you will be responsible for reviewing proposal & business cases which include pricing, terms & conditions and legal & contracts. Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis

• Conduct deal analysis using commercial management tools such as Anaplan, CPQ Salesforce and others.
• Review deal approvals requests within the SLA times and work with stakeholders to resolve any issues
• Propose commercial responses to come up with a winning strategy by maximizing revenue & profit.
• Drive business growth by continually improving margins and business terms.

Pricing Guide Management

• Defining pricing strategies in close collaboration with PLM and Services.
• Conducting price benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness.

Commercial & Legal Single Point of Contact

• Aligning with contract subject matter experts (i.e., legal, finance, revenue technical, services, PLM, etc.).

• Partnering with the sales team to complete commercial specific point-by-point responses.

Deal Approval Manager

• Distributing approval requests to Tier 1, 2, or 3 as per Deal Approval Charter guidelines.
• Determining deal assessment that warrant Tier 1 that will “move the needle” based on strategic accounts, deal size, gross margin, T&Cs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance or and MBA

Summary
The Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assuring information security and managing risks related to the use, processing, transmission and storage of information and the systems and processes used for those purposes. The Analyst's role lies within the Chief Information Security Officer's organizational structure, reporting to the Manager of Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance. The Analyst will be a key member contributing to the development and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and controls, assessing and prioritizing risk across the organization, compliance with existing and future frameworks, legal and regulatory standards and the development and reporting of information security metrics. The Analyst's role will help prepare for and facilitate assessments and examinations by independent information security assessors. The Analyst will perform third party supplier security assessments, as well as facilitate and coordinate responses for customer due diligence questionnaires.

Essential Functions

• Perform information security risk assessments and risk management activities across new and existing information technology solutions. Establish and maintain risk criteria, identify, analyze, and evaluate information security risks. Ensure that repeated information security risk assessments produce consistent valid and comparable results. Maintain repository of documented information about the information security risk assessment process. Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems. The Information Risk and Compliance Analyst will create, organize and articulate summarized risk findings that are clear and actionable by business stakeholders, reduce risk by helping to prioritize and drive remediation efforts throughout the organization, and contribute to risk management, treatment, and reporting process efforts to protect data assets.

The analyst will also help to develop and implement an effective and unified global information technology/security compliance program with applicable data protection standards, legislation, as well as customer information security requirements.
• Perform information security, governance, risk and compliance assessment reports on third party suppliers to ensure supply chain risk is managed throughout the supplier's lifecycle. Produce final reports of pros and cons, observations of anomalies, and deliverables for the business as well as mandates for supplier compliance. Articulate results of the final assessments to business stakeholders, project sponsors, program managers, and other internal parties. Assist with review of information security sections within supplier contracts to ensure security and data privacy requirements are in place.
• Assist with the evaluation of the effectiveness of information security management and performance by developing, monitoring, gathering and analyzing information security and compliance metrics for management. Develop and implement a risk reporting framework for management teams and governance committees.
• Design and document IT general controls to ensure the business demonstrates compliance with its regulatory or compliance obligations. Facilitate and coordinate activities and responses related to internal and external controls testing including entitlement reviews. Facilitate the remediation of control gaps and escalate critical issues to management. Work closely with control owners, internal and external auditors to ensure requests are completed for timely delivery to audit. Assist with third party audits and certifications for the organization (i.e. SOC, ISO, PCI, etc.)
• Assist with responding to customer information security requirements and due diligence questionnaires. Coordinate and facilitate response gathering in conjunction with other organizational application, support, infrastructure, legal, HR, and physical security teams as necessary. Ensure responses are accurate, valid, consistent and reported within expected deadlines. Maintain repository of customer information security requirements, track and report on compliance.
• Analyze and evaluate information security incidents in order to reduce the likelihood or impact of future incidents. Facilitate reports of security violations by documenting and coordinating remediation and awareness of violations to respective managers. Maintain repository of information security incidents and develop metrics for reporting to management.
• Research, recommend, and contribute to information security polices, standards, and procedures and work with other organizational participants from legal, human resources, information technology, compliance, physical security, the business units and others that have to implement the policies. Assist the lifecycle management of information security's policy and supporting documents.

Job Summary

The Technical Accounting Group is responsible for establishing the accounting for complex or unusual transactions, which typically happen in areas of consolidation, business combinations, lease accounting, revenue recognition, hedging and financial instruments. The group is also tasked with development, implementation and maintenance of global accounting policies and implementation of new accounting standards. The SEC Reporting Group is responsible for the preparation and filing of external reports mandated by U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. The Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting groups partner with other corporate teams (consolidation, treasury, tax, corporate development, real estate, legal, FP&A, and stock services) and have extensive interaction with the Company’s audit firm and third-party providers of due diligence, valuation, and other services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated professional to be a key hybrid member of both our Technical Accounting and SEC reporting groups. The individual in this role participates in the preparation and filing of external reports mandated by U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations and supports the quarterly reviews and annual audit process. In addition, this role represents a unique opportunity to provide accounting and finance expertise and work daily with a broad array of teams on key issues and special projects. This person should have significant knowledge and experience in applying and interpreting technical accounting, reporting and disclosure requirements, as well as a good understanding of economics and business matters.

Responsibilities

• Research and document accounting positions and financial reporting impacts for complex transactions (including those related to share-based payments, derivatives and hedging, and revenue recognition) following U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations

• Follow emerging accounting issues and proactively analyze their impact on the Company’s results, financial position, and financial reporting

• Provide guidance and training on technical accounting issues to various constituents within the Company

• Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-K and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-3, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting as required

• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting background, preferably with experience in the areas of share-based payments (ASC 718), derivatives and hedging (ASC 815) and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

• Experience researching FASB, SEC and other accounting and financial reporting issues and preparing high quality written documentation

• Transactional exposure including reading transaction documents with a focus on matters that may have accounting or disclosure consequences, and an understanding of the processes involved in resolving significant or complex accounting matters

• A minimum of three years Big 4 accounting firm experience with major SEC clientele and minimum total experience of six years in accounting or finance positions of increasing responsibility

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, business and financial acumen, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills

• Holder of an active CPA license or equivalent certification

• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities and contribute to projects or process improvement in a high-risk environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of excel based reconciliation, use of various smart tools of excel.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting
