• Establish, update and maintain product formulation and specification, review and verify nutritional information, sensory and shelf life for new / market products
• Evaluate and review acceptability of raw material / packaging from new suppliers
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within the company and partnership with suppliers and customers to solve quality and food safety issues in ingredients, materials, products and packaging.
• Co-ordinate, control and verify change in improvement initiatives of systems and processes, to achieve cost optimization and comply food safety and quality standards.
• Conduct internal audit activities, to verify operation activities meet HACCP, GMP, hygiene / sanitary, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirement periodically.
• As Master Document Controller, formalize documents for Food Safety and Quality document and records as per documented information procedure, maintain record keeping.

• Have knowledge in food chemistry and statistical analysis as used in designing experiments and measuring process capabilities
• Must articulate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office

Cub Campers, a leading Australian manufacturer of Caravan & Camper Trailer, has positions available at our manufacturing facility at North Rocks.

We are looking for energetic, trade-qualified team members. A reliable, dynamic tradesmen or trade assistant who are technically minded, pro-active and all-round handy people to join our production team. If you are organized, reliable with a good attitude please read on.

To be successful you must be able to:

Use various pneumatic and power tools.
Assembly skills.
Hand Tool Skills.
Problem solving skills.
Read off plans and documents.
Communicate well with staff.

Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job.

Desirable:

Technical / trade skills.
Experience in the Camper Trailer, Caravan, RV or Boating industry.
Plumbing and Electrical skills an advantage but not essential.
