Job Description

• Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedule
• Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control
• Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation/validation, new process and change in process
• Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records
• Prepare and implement work improvement program
• Oversee the maintenance, repair and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
• Develop and organize training sessions for new production lines
• Other ad-hoc job assigned by production manager

Requirements

• Minimum ITE Nitec or equivalent food technology certification
• Good communication, analytical and leadership skill
• At least 1 year of experience working in food manufacturing industry as a supervisor
