• Production and analysis of KPIs, at regional and hotel level basis, on a regular basis.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving significant ROI, lead generation, and audience growth in previous positions.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Has a hands-on, can-do and tenacious attitude with strong ethic.

• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Provide direction to designers and writers for cohesive deliverables across various channels.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation, including social media trends.
• Review and approve creative assets for quality and consistency.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback for growth.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Represent the creative team in client meetings and presentations.
