We are looking for calibration engineers who are excited about helping us build the best powertrain systems for 2 wheeler and powersports application. You will be responsible for calibration of powertrain control units for state of art ICE and/or EV systems. Below are some examples of your tasks and responsibilities:

• Create calibration plan and execute parameter optimization on test bench and vehicle environment
• Validation and optimization of vehicle performance with internal/external stake-holders
• Technical discussion with customer regards to calibration and testing

Work as Audit Expert for Powertrain domain in BGSW organization. Responsibilities involves:

Ø  Independently perform process maturity audits for projects and packages

Ø  Identify and report non-conformance in projects against defined process library

Ø  Independent report of audit results to projects and management

Ø  Plan and conduct the audits/ Assessments

Ø  Create and communicate audits/ Assessments Reports

Ø  Provide regular feedback to PRs and management about process performance

Ø  Escalate any non-conformance to the management and Q organization as per the defined in escalation matrix
