• Support product quality or department process improvement such as E-document or template management, product flow analysis, Customer complaint analysis, etc.
• Support for various quality activities, daily task in department such as staff of quality day, Q activity, etc.
• Support Data digitalization / Data visualization (E.g. Power BI / Power platform) 
• Support tasks as assigned by supervisors

Work with internal and external customers to identify and permanently correct non-conformances.

Evaluate, plan, implement and maintain quality management system in accordance with industrial and corporate quality standards and Continuous Improvement Process.

Prepare and coordinate audits and certifications in cooperation with internal/external parties.

Maintain proper documentation of processes.

Support shop floor problem solving for products and processes.

Continuously improve and develop processes as defined on Rexroth quality principles.

Assure conformance to quality principles and procedures.

Perform monthly reporting of quality key performance indicators (KPI) for plant management and corporate functions.

Track and maintain KPIs.

Keep awareness and education of the team about quality standards, systems and procedures.

Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.

Occasional travel may be required.

1). To support PPAP document preparation in value stream and customer window.
2). To support containment activity and follow up with team.
3). Coordinator with concern department when have customer complaint or quality issue during safe lanuch activity.
4). Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts) with Quality engineer and production VS team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring, Logistics Quality Report.                                      
• Supports in usage of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) methods (e.g.Logistics -FMEA).                                                                                        
• Operations Complaint Management Customer, Logistic Service Provider and Supplier.
• Formal Customer contact via Plant/Quality Management & Method | Direct contact Plant/Logistic to OEM/Logistic possible. 
• Logistics-FMEA (Set up standard WI and moderate with Logistics-FMEA line walk update, Updating Logistics- FMEA, etc.)
• 8D methods for sustainable measures, Problem Solving on site and Lessons Learned, Standardization and process conformity on site.
• Preparation and accompanist of internal/external audits.
• Check and  evaluating new/changed Central Directive/ISO, IATF,QM requirements.
• Contact for QM and implementation of QM requirements.        
• Logistic projects with customers/suppliers for reduction of complaints.                                                                           

Customer and Process quality control.

• Customer contact.
• Quality documents preparation and submission (PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.).
• 8D coordinator with customer and internal department, follow up & investigate with team & update with other Bosch plants. (Customer complaint handling)
• QMM ECR, Concession activity. Coordinate internal & Customers.
• Support customer audit at company.
• To Participate on determination of products specific characteristics (Customer touch point)
• Support customer issued, internal issued, incoming issued with external warehouse.
• Support during trial event, inspection report, sample submission & co-check.
• Monthly report to customers (Inspection report).        

Other

• Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts)
• Lead containment action (such as sorting and coordinate local 3rd party for sorting activities).
• External cost report.
• Safe launch management 
• Sharing Lesson learn.
• Cpk & Cmk support during new model phase event.
