Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate effective leadership by managing and inspiring the operations team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to established standards.
• Operations Center Oversight: Direct and coordinate comprehensive activities within the operations center, including strategic planning, deployment, and meticulous tracking of security operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Incident Management: Act as the central point of contact for security-related incidents. Prepare detailed incident reports, initiate follow-up actions, and communicate effectively with the management team to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Operational Support: Provide additional operational support to the management team as needed, contributing to the overall success of organizational objectives.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise the operations team, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate actively in short and long-term organizational planning and strategy discussions as an integral member of the management team, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders. Ensure open lines of communication and collaboration to uphold the organization's reputation and meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree from recognized institutions
• Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheads continuous improvements and innovation on Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) process.
• Directs the implementation and administration of ICT policies and procedures.
• Manages and maintains the IT and computer systems including the telecommunications system to ensure high level of service performance to all users.
• Oversees daily ICT functions to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
• Oversees the development, maintenance and on-going support for the various IT systems such as finance, HR, contract tender, etc.
• Oversees all activities relating to the installation, maintenance and management of the computer network for Town Office and Project Sites.
• Manages the communications, workstations and servers of the Company’s computer network.

• Ensures that computer hardware and telecommunications systems are up-to-date and that all software licences are all legal and updated.
• Conducts periodic checks and/or audits on the network security of the Company.
• Manages the Company’s network connectivity, internet and anti-virus systems.
• Ensures disaster recovery plans are tested annually and highlights any operational risks associated with the provisions.
• Ensures all ICT assets (hardware, software and documents) are accounted for the entire Singapore Office.
• Negotiates contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting systems.
• Manages ICT budgets and expenditures.
• Develops training materials and procedures, and trains users in the proper use of ICT systems, hardware and software.
• Provides technical support to all users regarding the use of ICT programmes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Relevant technical experience in onsite support and project management.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Support will be an advantage.
• Must be familiar with ISO 27000 & ERP.

• Oversees overall schedule for a part/process/program NPI development build from prototypes to mass production.
• Establish expectations and deliverables.
• Define concise goals and objectives within project framework.
• Initiate meetings and agendas to fulfil goals and objectives.
• Communicate between product designer and internal product development team design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
• Communicate between customer and internal process engineering team in establishing stable and repeatable process through design of experiments.
• Communication between customer and internal quality team for SIP, IQC, IPQC, OQC implementation.
• Lead cross functional groups in managing resource to fulfil customer’s projected demand including new equipment purchase, new human resource hiring, tooling and fixtures, shop floor management.
• Liaise with strategic suppliers in managing quality, supply, and cost.
• Manage cost and expenses of the program.
• Arrange for reviews or meetings to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy customer’s product and quality needs.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams.
