Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Portfolio and Marketing Enablement, Finance, and GBU teams to create a governance process as well as lead and drive visibility to the long-term planning, budget, and quota processes for Managed Solutions
• Create a process for the Managed Solutions budget ensuring continuity with the strategic objectives, Portfolio initiatives, and GTM offerings.
• Support and align on the Managed Solutions quota in partnership with the BMS and Portfolio teams
• Manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
• Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.
• Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Develops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance while mitigating risks.

Education & Experience:

• First level university degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the bi-annual (prior to each fiscal half) generation & alignment of the Managed Solutions 4P plan.  This will require engagement within the Managed Solutions Business Management & Operationsour team & our GBU partners.  Ensure that we have the right focus areas identified and associated activities to unlock the success of delivering on those activities.
• Deliver the 4P plan to the markets (directly or ensuring we have the right experts) & facilitate a feedback loop to ensure the markets are aligned & have the right activities specific to their markets.
• Facilitate market feedback regarding the 4P plan feedback into our WW teams to ensure the market teams are getting the right support & the WW teams are focused on the right activities.
• Monitor and track Market progress against key 4P initiatives. 
• Coordinate with WS teams on 4P delivery & activation.  Work across our other WS  COEs for best practices & with the Solutions Execution 4P lead on process and timing.

The Cancer Administration team at Homerton are a well respected team who are passionate about ensuring cancer patients are treated in a timely manner. We achieve this through effective booking and patient tracking processes. Our team also coordinate all cancer MDT meetings at the Trust.
