Responsibilities
Design and develop highly distributed, highly scalable, and low latency ad serving components, including real-time bidding in Go, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability in the system
This Staff Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver innovative ad tech solutions.
Optimize ad delivery algorithms and infrastructure to ensure efficient utilization of resources and minimal latency.
Led a team on continuously experimenting and delivering features with high-quality
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
The candidate needs to have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s Degree is preferred.
At least eight years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a significant focus on developing ad tech or ad-serving platforms with high-impact
Strong expertise in Go programming language and proficiency in concurrent programming
In-depth understanding of ad tech concepts, including ad serving, real-time bidding, ad targeting, and user profiling
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of ad tech protocols and standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID) is a big plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks in large-scale systems
The candidate can show a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
CALIFORNIA
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $190,000 and $220,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Site Physician Assistant is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs) patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the medical care and treatment of patients and have primary medical responsibility in overseeing and supporting the care rendered by other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Supports the needs of all site patients including primary care and community-based membership.
Identifies opportunities to improve the quality, cost, and utilization of care for the site participants.
Carries a caseload of patients as the primary care provider and participates in direct medical care in the Diagnostic and Treatment Center.
Demonstrates medical presence during the start of care events.

Sight/Visual Requirements – Must be able to visually assess patients, read orders and type/write documentation, etc., accurately.
Audio Hearing and Motor Skills (Language) Requirements – Must be able to listen attentively and document information from patients, community members, providers, etc., and intake information through audio processing with accuracy. In addition, must be able to speak comfortably and clearly with language motor skills for customers to understand the individual.
