Main responsibilities for this Role

• Ensure hotel brand initiatives, marketing messages and collateral adhere to the brands guidelines.

Digital Marketing

• Work closely with Accor marketing teams for all digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop Social Media Marketing/Advertising strategies and tactics.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• In-charge of Content Creation, Content Management & Development for hotel’s marketing and communications digital and offline channels

Advertising

• In-charge of online and offline advertising strategy, plans and direction of the hotel, including the budget to generate publicity for the hotel.
• Identify and arrange key media, including social media influencers for media familiarization stays to create awareness and exposure for the hotels.

Collateral Development

• Ensure hotel collateral follow brands’ guideline.
• Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of hotel’s sales and marketing collateral.

Budget

• Plan and manage the marketing and communications budget.

Others

• Perform any other responsibilities/duties as assigned by the hotel management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgment.
• Key focal point for India
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for Backlog management activities like managing of Distress orders, Aging orders etc.
• Work with regional Order management team to review daily backlog.
• Work with respective functional team to solve any issues.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates across countries within a region.
• Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.
• Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience Required:

• Diploma / Degree Qualifications
• Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic understanding of project management methodology.
• Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
• Well versed in SAP Order management tools will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
• Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an asset.

• Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take

The Role

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of managing HOD calendar.
• Responsible for department administrative duties including organising of tenants and department events.
• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents.
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants and other related lease management functions.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
• In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.

Job Requirements

• Diploma is relevant courses.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
