Die Division CMT Retail & Lifestyle ist eine von vier Sales Divisions innerhalb des Consumer Panels (CP) in Deutschland. Die Division Retail & Lifestyle setzt sich aus zwei großen Bereichen zusammen. Zum einen dem Bereich der multinational tätigen FMCG Retailer. Hier liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der globalen Zusammenarbeit mit den übrigen GfK Ländern sowie dem Kooperationspartner Europanel (EP). Zum anderen dem Bereich der nationalen FMCG Retailer inkl. der Bereiche Nonfood & Fashion, Travel & Mobility sowie Media & Entertainment. Hier stehen primär die nationalen CP Daten im Fokus.

Als Junior Consultant (m/w/d) im Client Management Team (CMT) sind Sie mitverantwortlich für das Business mit einem multinational tätigen Retailer innerhalb des Multinational Retail Teams.

Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb des gesamten Consumer Panel Produktangebotes und sind somit ein wichtiger Teil des Account-Teams für diesen multinationalen Retailer. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Kundenberatung unter Nutzung des klassischen Consumer Panel Portfolios sowie Advanced Solutions Lösungen, um maßgeschneiderte Insights für die Kunden zu entwickeln. Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Betreuung und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen

• Erstellung von Angeboten

• Kundenorientierte Analyse der Daten inkl. Erstellung von Schlussfolgerungen sowie Handlungsempfehlung

• Präsentation von Analyseergebnisse beim Kunden

• Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Divisions und anderen Schnittstellen innerhalb des Consumer Panels (DA&I, AST, Operations)

• Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Qualitätsthemen im Sinne der Kunden und dies auch länderübergreifend

• Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Consumer Panel Teams, um die Kunden länderübergreifend weiterzuentwickeln und ihnen optimale Lösungen anbieten zu können

Sie sind eine kommunikations- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit, die ein Gespür für den Handel und Konsumgütermärkte hat. Sie denken und handeln kundenorientiert, sind zudem engagiert, denken analytisch und wollen Ihre Kreativität und Innovationskraft in unser Team einbringen.

Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Marktforschung

• Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Consulting, Marketing/Vertrieb oder Marktforschung

• Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein Blick für die Zusammenhänge hinter den Daten

• Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Freude an Aufbau und Pflege von vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen

• Verkaufsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick

• Wünschenswert ist ein tieferes Verständnis eines Consumer Panels (sowohl Methodik als auch Analysemöglichkeiten)

• Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office) insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Must need to work on Weekends and public holidays

• Must have proficiency to speak English, Tamil, Hindi and Malay

• Supervises and guide the cleaners assigned to an area.

• Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.

• Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements.

• Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to an area.

• Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners’ attendance and completion of all duties assigned.

• To troubleshoot maintenance services failures; handling repair and maintenance work, e.g. air-conditioning, lighting, electrical and plumping services

• Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level

• Planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower

• To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and industrial establishments

• To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards

• To train new/existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable.

• To handle all customers’ feedback

• To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.

• Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the assigned area

• Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.

• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.

• Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.

• Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization

Responsibilities:

• To automate current manual processes issues faced by business users
• Be instrumental in the business and process analysis, leading to design and developing solutions
• Work closely with the business subject matter experts to understand problem, document and formulate the logic and codes used for scripts.
• Back test on accuracy of the logic with clear test scenarios and using historical, including the necessary data extraction and transformation.
• Ensure documentation and traceability of requirements and, process flow diagrams, and other project documents.
• Involved in providing ad hoc analysis, insights, and building and maintaining data driven MIS, reporting and machine learning solutions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, IT or in related majors
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Working level coding skills using Python and/or SQL is essential
• Practical and demonstrable skills using Visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikView
• Experience working in Unix and Linux environment would be desirable
• Basic proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning and working with large scale datasets.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Access and VBA
• Good to have experience in bank operations

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical. Information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Team oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of JIRA and SQL would be good to have
