Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

• Provide information on the crew to the immigration authority.
• Advise Customs of vessels’ arrivals and departures and reporting of cargoes onboard vessels.
• Ensure that the ship’s documentation complies with international and Singapore's regulations before Customs inspection.
• Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.
• Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, freshwater, waste removal, and distribution of crew salary.
• Coordinate the bunkering of vessels.
• Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
• Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.

The Cleaning Operations Executive assists with the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the manager.

Main Duties:

Manage cleaning services
