Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Training

• Service training: To organize induction program for new technicians, maintain training records, to coordinate and participate as trainer for refresher training for service technicians and new staffs recruitment for all departments. Ensure a high level of competence in the required skills amongst service staff by providing continuing training and practical assistance & guidance in the field
• QA: To coordinate regular QC and to follow-up with specific client complaints where required. Develop good customer relationships through being knowledgeable about your work, and taking ownership of service problems
• OCS 224: Ensure that all customer complaints (callouts) are attended to within 24 hours without further escalation
• Supervisors Audits: Ensure that Service Supervisors duties are audited monthly

E. Health & Safety

The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the arrangements detailed in the health and safety management system and the safe systems of work. Specifically the Service Manager will:

1. To understand and be aware of the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 to ensure that all staff for whom you are responsible are equally aware of the Act and its requirements.
2. To ensure that all chemicals are handled, stored and applied with due regard to the safety standards laid down within the Company, and that staff are never exposed to untoward risk in the course of their work

What you'll do:

· Handling the daily operational activities and appointment booking for customers to achieve high level of quality services to all customers.

· Understand all the customer's enquiries and provide solution to resolve effectively and professionally.

· Work closely with workshop to ensure that all customers’ issues and address promptly and resolve within the promised timeline.

· Monitor and track the job order to ensure proper follow up for all customers' enquiries and order status.

· Handle all the documentations and ensure that all repair orders, quotations and invoices are administered promptly.

· Work together with Supervisors and fine tune SOP flow if necessary.

· Continuous learning towards electric vehicle information and knowledge to enhance the quality of service.

· Enhance sales performance through upselling (Commission applies).

· Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).

What you’ll bring:

· Proficiency in more than one language is required for effective customer liaison.

· Valid Class 3 License.

· Service-oriented mindset.

· Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is ideal.

· Team player, motivated, and able to work well under pressure and multitask.

· Fresh graduates (Degree/ Diploma/ Higher Nitec/ Nitec) or candidates with customer service experience in other industries may be considered if they have a keen interest in learning about EV.

You will oversee, implement and evaluate Environmental Services related programmes to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment in the hospital for our patients, public and staff. This includes collaborating with Service Partners to monitor performance measures to meet the service standards and compliance with legal requirements. You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth delivery with minimum work disruptions and high user satisfaction. You shall also track and monitor department’s work plans timely and compile statistics on the Environmental Services activities for management’s decision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a Healthcare or Hospitality environment
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
• Highly independent, meticulous and analytical

You will answer and manage appointments calls and general enquiries from members of public and patients with high service quality and operational standards. You will also assist to answer calls and provide one-stop information and assistance to callers when required. In addition, you will handle the feedbacks from patients and resolving service related incidents, as well as enquiries such as the rates of consultations and medical package. You will also liaise with other departments on the Call Centre Services and procedures, work with the Call Centre Executive to maintain a high service level of Call Centre Services, and update patients' data when required.

• Minimum GCE "N"/ "O" Level / NiTEC in any field
• Relevant experience in call centre / nursing is an added advantage
