You will play a pivotal role in managing SingHealth’s talent management and succession planning process and be responsible for implementing and reviewing talent development strategies, initiatives, tools and processes which includes talent identification and assessment, talent engagement, succession and development planning so as to build leadership bench strength and pipeline for the needs of SingHealth.
