• Minimum degree in Business or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years’ experience in implementing quality management system and quality assurance programs
• Good experience in quality accreditation process such as ISO 9001 & medical logistics e.g. GDP-MDS/SS620:2016 and SS644:2019 certifications
• Proven ability to investigate, analyze and solving problems at work
• Team player with good interpersonal skills who can interact and work well with people at all levels
• Articulate and able to write well
