WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role is primarily accountable for the end-to-end performance and project management for assigned protocols in a country in compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations, our policies and procedures, quality standards and adverse event reporting requirements internally and externally. The CRM could be responsible for a particular study for several countries in a cluster.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Main Point of Contact (POC) for assigned protocols and link between Country Operations and clinical trial team (CTT).

• Responsible for project management of the assigned studies: pro-actively plans, drives and tracks execution and performance of deliverables/timelines/results to meet country commitments from feasibility and site selection, recruitment, execution and close out.

Position Summary:  

The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product and/or market segment on a global basis to help drive direction and growth. Demonstrates leadership within the Division Marketing department, takes an active role in day-to-day operations, and participates in product development activities for product and/or market segment responsibility. This position reports to our Salt Lake City office 3 days a week.

• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including data analytics.

• Recommend product line modifications, extensions, new products and product deletions.

• Work with R&D to develop a strong portfolio of product development projects that support the strategic direction and grow the business.

• Support sustaining engineering to ensure supply continuity of product portfolio.

• Take an active role on product development teams as leader or key participant.

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans including strategic and technical components

• Work closely with regional partners and cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and company goals.

• Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends.

• Identify and develop marketing programs, sales tools, promotions, and marketing/sales collateral.

• Assist in preparing business plans.

• 2+ years of marketing or product management experience preferred

• Prior healthcare marketing and data analytics experience preferred
