You will support the business plan for the Venues and Events department, creating new and developing existing customer relationships. This is a full-time post, Monday to Friday, 35 hours, offering hybrid working. Pay for the role is £18.12 per hour + holiday. Main duties include:

• Managing customer relations
• Take responsibility for feedback from customer enquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles is preferred.

3. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
4. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
