Job Description

Thoughtfull is hiring an Analytics & Insights Lead to empower our digital mental health company with data-driven insights and operational excellence, enhancing the effectiveness of our clinical programs and care services. As a key figure bridging data analysis, clinical operations, and project management, your mission is to harness the power of data to optimize our digital health solutions, improve user outcomes, and drive innovation in mental health care delivery. 

What you will do:

• Support care delivery initiatives and other projects with analytics and insights in collaboration with department leads  

• Work closely to understand and help meet the data needs of different teams 

• Generate insights to inform decisions and recommendations based on defined problem statements 

• Conduct complex data analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs & patient outcomes

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong background in analytics  

• Experience in data analysis within a healthcare or tech setting 

• Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

- Use data to make calculated decisions or support improvement initiatives or even resolve existing issues within the workflow or processes.

Relationship Management

Control Risks is currently looking to hire a Country Security Lead to support a global banking client and assume responsibility for the physical security of the client's offices and other commercial premises within Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and mentors a team of direct employees and vendors responsible for the physical security of branches, offices, and other facilities within the country.

Recruitment Process Delivery      

• Provide key support to Recruitment Specialists and the wider recruitment team in completing designated recruitment activities within agreed timeframes
• Drafting and printing of offer letters and ensure all timely processing adhere to turnaround times. Ensuring accuracy on offer letter drafts, realistic start dates and all required clauses are correctly input
