· Recommend and streamline work processes improvements, including system enhancements, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Support in statistical reporting (employee demographics, absenteeism, and employee turnover) and manage external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance broker, insurance companies etc.)

· Manage C&B program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)

· Manage HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labour law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)

· Ensure HR & C&B documents and processes that are accessible by employees are updated and correct (e.g., employee handbook, insurance handbook and any other benefits related claim or application processes etc.)

· Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations

· Ensure data integrity in HRIS and manage personnel records maintenance

· Responsible for smooth delivery of all benefits-related matters

· Manage payroll, tax and mobility administration and programs

· Manage C&B related benefits and vendor

· Support in C&B cost projection, budget and analysis

· Provide advisory and operation support to the stakeholders

· Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects, where necessary.

Act as an advisors on all HR & C&B operation related matters

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of HR or C&B operation experience
• Proficient in Singapore Employment Act and other MOM and TAFEP guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity
• Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid changes in a fast moving dynamic business environment

About the role

As the Trade Marketing Manager for the OTC & Wellness categories, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of strategic trade marketing initiatives. Your focus on Haleon's OTC-focus brand Panadol and key channels will be integral to achieving business objectives over a 3-year vision, with innovation sales as a key growth pillar.

Role Responsibilities

• Strategic Thinking: Lead development of Trade Marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across defined product categories: OTC- Focus Brand (Panadol) and key channels- 3-year Vision with innovation sales as a pillar of growth
• Trade Marketing Calendar: Develop and execute local campaigns, channel development programs and tailor-made customer partnership programs.
• Investment Management: Deliver business objectives within allocated investments.
• Commercial Activities: Own the development, execution, and evaluation of the commercial calendar of initiatives focused around: Category management, Shopper engagement, Omnichannel, Point-of-sale material, In Store Promoters, Roadshows and Premium Sourcing activities.
• Compliance & process: Manage/Comply with local regulatory requirements and other administrative works.
• Matrix Working (Internal): Develop effective working relationship across all functions which include marketing, Trade marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, regulatory, medical and legal advisor.
• Matrix Working (External): Work closely with internal and external stockholders (Customers, Agency partners) to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
• Back End Processes: Ensure compliance to the business processes (Eg. GMN Code, My PSR, One Form, product barcode, DCF pricing, RRF, RI form with approval from QA, RA, Supply Chain).
• Look at driving Active Recruitment program for Singapore through seamless collaboration with external specialist agencies.
• Responsible for managing a reporting executive within the team.

• A Degree Holder in marketing/business administration or related discipline, with 7-10 years of work experience in FMCG/CPG with understanding of trade and trade marketing fundamentals.

• Have a good understanding of channel and customer requirements.
• End to end below-the-line management of the brand with the ability to think out of the box.
