The pay range for this position is $154,000 to $285,000, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

The Director of Technical Quality Support is responsible for directing a team of quality engineers focused on validation and design control of products and processes, including software and technical quality assurance personnel. To co-ordinate and, along with the Quality Assurance and Effectiveness Manager, deliver the Quality Standards Assurance Visits Programme across the Trust that provides assurance of compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop, coordinate and undertake visits to teams and services, including evidence collation, to assess compliance; escalating risks and issues in a timely manner, where appropriate.
