Family Central, a service by Fei Yue Community Services, was officially appointed by the Council for Third Age (C3A) as programme organiser for the Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) with effect from June 2013.

Job Responsibilities:

*Work with schools and the community to conduct outreach to increase awareness of family related support and participation in Family Life Education programmes.

*Work with schools to identify parents needs and recommend appropriate programmes.

*Assist the Family Life Trainer in coordinating Purposeful Play programme, recruiting parents, arranging venues and managing logistics.

*Able to work on Saturdays and weekday evenings.

Job Requirements:

*Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.

*Experience in evnt and/or data management would be an advantage.

*Proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.

*Proficient in Microsoft programs to indent and collate data.

*Good communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong ability and passion to engage stakeholders.

*Abile to manage multiple tasks and work independently

*Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation.

*Passionate to work with parents and children.

The Programme Coordinator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Programme Coordinators are experts in creating exceptional customer service and experience for the families in the aquaDucks swim programme. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, providing timely and personal service, and reflecting the aquaDucks culture.

Job Description:

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience including enquiries, registrations and scheduling.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage and assist with clients or facility needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
• Collaborate with the team in planning of schedule and events.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the premium environment of the facility
