Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders in various settings such as residential treatment facilities, outpatient programs, hospitals, and correctional institutions.
• Assist licensed counselors and therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, including group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and psychoeducational classes.
• Monitor client progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records related to their treatment and recovery process.
• Facilitate recreational activities, educational groups, and life skills training workshops that promote personal growth, self-esteem, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Administer medications under the supervision of medical staff, ensure proper medication management, and report any adverse reactions or noncompliance issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., nurses, social workers, psychologists) to address clients' physical, emotional, mental health, and social needs during their recovery journey.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, structured environment that encourages clients to develop healthy coping mechanisms, build positive relationships, and practice responsible decision making.
• Educate family members and significant others on addiction, codependence, enabling behaviors, and resources available for their own healing and support.
• Develop crisis intervention strategies and respond appropriately when clients experience distress or exhibit harmful behaviors, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Follow ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to confidentiality, informed consent, mandatory reporting, and other aspects of professional conduct within the addiction treatment field.
• Participate in ongoing education, trainings, and supervision to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities in working with diverse populations affected by substance use disorders.

JOB SUMMARY

Our Delivery Technicians positively impact the lives of patients each and every day by delivering medical equipment to them in their home.  Delivery Technicians provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond to communicate product information, provide solutions and ensure understanding of relevant details so that patients feel comfortable operating their equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies onto and off of delivery vehicles.
• Deliver medical equipment to homecare patients; including, setting up the equipment, instructing patients on the basic use of the equipment and assisting patients in solving problems regarding equipment use. Will also pick up medical equipment.
• Ensure patients do not suffer service failures by proactively communicating estimated arrival times with patients and/or family members.
• Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, reimbursement documents and vehicle maintenance logs via paper or electronic means (cell phone and/or iPad).
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections including the checking of gasoline, oil fluids, tire pressure and brakes. Responsible for reporting any issues or malfunctions to leadership.
• Respond to critical situations as appropriate, during regular business hours and on an on-call basis.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulatory requirements; including, practicing safe driving habits and providing required documents needed for the Driver Qualification File.
• Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements; physical abuse of any family member, unsafe home environment for care ordered, unsanitary conditions or animals causing such, or insufficient food for children.
• May clean and assist with the repair of equipment.
• May assist with the scheduling of daily deliveries and pickups, ensuring they are organized in a timely and efficient manner.

We seek a dedicated individual who will be responsible for performing various mechanical, maintenance, and repair work including the inspection and maintenance work required for rotating machinery and equipment used for accepting and processing waste and recyclables.  The Tire Technician will be required to inspect, adjust, repair, or modify the mechanics of various rolling stock and facility machinery, including but not limited to wheel loaders, dozers, yard tractors, trucks, walking floor trailers, intermodal containers, and compactors.

 

Responsibilities will include:

• The inspection and maintenance work required for rotating machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and adjust, as necessary, the mechanical alignment, balance, level and general condition of rotating equipment throughout the division
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks by inspecting rims and tires daily
• Use various shop equipment in the performance of his/her assigned tasks
• Read and interpret measuring tools, graphs and technical manuals
• Follow all health and safety rules and regulations mandated by law and per the policies and procedures

 

Position Requirements

•  High School Diploma or GED required.  Maintenance mechanic school/Diesel school preferred.
• Driver’s license required, CDL a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience as Tire Tech or mechanic
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience with but not limited to tire repair, maintenance, rim maintenance/repair/inspection, etc.
• Must be able to work independently and with others
• Must support teamwork by participating, cooperating, and communicating with co-workers
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers by providing accurate, meaningful, courteous and timely responses to their questions or concerns

 

Physical Demands

• On a frequent basis, the Maintenance technicians must use a variety of hand tools throughout the day to perform duties
• On a frequent basis, the Maintenance technicians the employee may be required to lift equipment/parts
• On an occasional basis, Maintenance technicians is required to lift a tire/rim or part that may be in excess of 50 lbs.

The expected hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00.

Inspect product for expiry date and condition in accordance with department policy. Load buggies with sterilised equipment/tray. Deliver to correct location. The post holder will be expected to participate in rostered Bank Holiday work and cover shifts as necessary for the provision of the service. Report any concerns about the use of such information to your senior manager.

The Role

The ideal candidate shall operate the Company’s van to perform regular restocking, replenishment, and rotation of products including ready-to-eat food from the vending machine stationed island-wide. In addition, you shall assist with merchandising at the retail store during downtime.

• Replenish products at designated base store and rotation of ready-to-eat food from vending machine to store as required
• Perform inventory management by keeping track of stock levels, ordering stock, and ensuring that the vending machines are adequately stocked with products such as ready-to-eat food, snacks, and drinks
• Check the freshness and quality of products to ensure that they meet the required standards. Remove expired or damaged items from the machines according to the company’s guidelines and SOP
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to planograms/ company’s SOPs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Technician and Driver. As a Technician, the successful candidate will be assisting with maintenance of equipment within the company and care for the steamers deployed both at customer stores and in the factory. Technician will also assist with packing and delivery of dim sums/paus to customers.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency (including Malaysian / NAS / PRC)
• Ability to operate factory machinery with some experience
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Willingness to work monday - saturday.
• Valid Class 3 driving license (manual)

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

Senior aircon technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of aircon equipment (Eg. Wall-mounted aircon sets, Cassette units, Ceiling Suspended units, Window units, Daikin VRV systems and Mitsubishi VRF systems)

Responsibilities:

• Installing new equipment and machinery
• Installing the necessary components of an air conditioning systems such as the compressor, condenser and evaporator
• Maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Inspecting and testing equipment to diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs
• Repairing or replacing defective parts, such as motors, belts, gears, and electrical components
• Troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery, such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field of maintenance and repair
• Providing technical support to customers or clients
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years of related work experience
• NITEC or equivalent
• Able to carry heavy loads, read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 5.5 days work week
