Duties

• Managing delivery of laboratory supplies from Suppliers and to Customer’s stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving of these laboratory supplies
• Be reactive to stock level adjustment and provide feedback whenever stock is low.
• Stock check of inventory supply ensuring products are not expired and at recommended stock level.
• Execute verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) using in-house Metrology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate and manage external third-party (3P) vendors for various services such as calibration, PM, qualification, and repairs

Job Description:

1. To drive the Company’s truck for collection and transportation of wastes.
2. To comply with all Traffic rules, and to practice safe driving habits whilst driving the Company’s trucks.
3. To comply with all rules governing the transportation of hazardous liquids/chemicals on Public roads.
4. To comply with all anti-littering laws and to this end, ensure that proper containers, bins, drums etc, are used to hold the Waste, for safe transportation.
5. To ensure that the containers, bins, drums etc., are properly secured/lashed to the truck, before driving off.
6. To perform Operator’s Level daily maintenance of the Company’s trucks.
7. To monitor the Maintenance and/or LTA’s Inspection schedules of the Company’s trucks and to inform the Supervisor at least two (2) weeks before the due date.
8. To monitor the validity date of the Road Tax and/or Vehicle Insurance policy and to inform the Supervisor at least two (2) weeks before the expiry date.
9. To assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
10. To assist in the unloading, segregation and storage of the Waste.
11. In discharging the above duties, to adhere to all Plant Safety Rules and to observe safe work-practices.

1. Possess Class 4/5 driving license (Good record)
2. With prime mover, vacuum truck or flatbed experience preferred.
