Ensure Clinical Trial protocols are followed during dispensing of Clinical Trial Investigational Medical Products and other drugs included in the protocol. 11. Maintain and setup systems to reclaim any reimbursement of free or discounted stock of Investigational Medical Product used in Clinical Trials within the dispensaries. 12. Maintain Clinical Trial filing systems. 13. Design drug accountability documentation and prescriptions for Clinical Trials, if required. 14. Summary

The Medical Assistant (MA) functions within the administration pre-defined scope of practice guidelines per state location of practice.

Job Description

The MA in the ambulatory care setting collects subjective and objective health status data from the patient or caregiver and communicates this data to the health care provider. Participates in the care of patients by providing contributing data to licensed health care professionals; and following through on the patient's plan of care under the direction of the provider. Communicates the provider's written instructions for care to the patient, or caregiver, by transmission of specifically defined information. Will participate in care for patients, across the lifespan, in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, treatment, and follow-up as patients move in and out of care settings. Performs a variety of duties under the direct supervision of a person licensed to practice medicine. Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (MA). The role
As a Safety, Health and Environmental Auditor you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. DRDL seeks to achieve and maintain the highest standards in the management of health, safety and the environment (SHE) in all its operations and you'll play a key part in ensuring this happens.

Day to day, you'll work as part as the SHE Assurance Team leading both workplace and desktop audits as part of the organisations audit plan. You'll be working both in our offices and the industrial site, this will include construction sites, surface ships, submarines and the estate / infrastructure functions audits.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with the SHE elements of the site audit plan to ensure audits are targeted and relevant
* Working as part of the small team of SHE Auditors to plan and lead / partake in scheduled (and emergent) audits against our SHE Management System and other requirements to ensure our operations are compliant
* Auditing our documented arrangements against set standards, but also at times viewing operations from end to end

Essential experience of the Safety, Health and Environmental Auditor:
* You must be an Auditor or SHE professional who has worked with Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems certificated to ISO standards.
* You must have experience of the application of SHE Management knowledge, at a practical level. This could be as part of industrial operations or as a SHE Professional. A range of disciplines / industries would be considered.
* You must have excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be self-motivated and be comfortable working on key work packages as part of a small team. Equally, you should be comfortable, at times working in isolation.
* You must be comfortable communicating and presenting through a range of mediums with both internal and external parties.

Qualifications for the Safety, Health and Environmental Auditor:
* You must have a current Auditor qualification certified to ISO standards OR currently working towards ISO standards OR hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management Certificate, holding both would be advantageous.

As a Senior Auditor you will be responsible for delivering internal audit services to clients, predominantly in the NHS. The remit for each client is wide-ranging encompassing clinical, operational and financial areas. The SA will therefore be required to have a good understanding of the issues and risks facing large public sector organisations and an understanding of their governance.

Services to clients largely consist of delivering an annual programme of risk-based audit reviews, together with ad hoc advice, support and guidance regarding internal control and governance issues.
