We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and technically experienced Security Compliance - Junior Analyst with ability to understand and influence cloud operational and security processes, effectively communicate ServiceNow’s controls including intent, and drive changes within the organisation through effective testing. The successful candidate must be reliable, resourceful and have a “can-do” attitude.  
 
You will be a key member of our team and play an important role in defining the Security and Compliance framework for a leading cloud company. In this role you will be required to demonstrate ability to analyse difficult problems, think out-of-box and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.   

ServiceNow current compliance initiatives are focused on, but not limited to Australia’s IRAP, Singapore MTCS, Japan’s ISMAP, and other global programs such as ISO 27001, ISO 27018, PCI, SSAE 18, and SOC 2. Security Compliance Junior Analyst will be involved in driving and measuring compliance for the cloud business systems, control areas, process, and product for company compliance initiatives.    
 
Responsibilities

• Perform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures 
• Facilitate certifier requests and information gathering for audit activities and lead onsite audits
• Conduct activities to comply with the various Government Cyber Security requirements within the APJ
• Successfully drive security compliance testing activities across various teams within the organisation 
• Contribute by enhancing and maturing the existing common control framework 
• Liaise with Risk Management and conduct security risk assessment activities  
• Help our customers understand ServiceNow’s security and compliance control environment 
• Contribute towards enhancing the GRC tool and processes to meet compliance business needs

 Analyst would be part of 24x7 Cyber Security Operations function to performsecurity monitoring and

Education and Technical Requirement

 Strong level of experience with and understanding of firewalls, Antivirus and endpoint detection.

advantage.
 Solid understandingof threats reported by various data sources such as IDS/IPS, AV, HIDS/HIPS, WAFs,
firewalls, and web proxies.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Experience in threat investigations would be preferred.
 Experience in Scripting with Python, Bash orPowerShell is an advantage.
 Willing to work with 24x7 shift pattern that includes weekend work and also extend shift hours if required.
 Willingness to be on standby for maintaining 24x7 SOC shifts.
 Previous exposure to working with a SOC team is an advantage.

KBR is seeking a Security Assistant to join Advanced Development our team. The successful candidate will team with other professionals in providing support services through the Security Office.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate the DoD security program and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures that are non-IT related.

• Security related duties will include controlling physical access to facilities and verifying visitor clearance information using approved databases.

• Implement security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.

• Conduct security briefings. Participate in the development of and conducting Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) program that includes, but is not limited to; indoctrinations, briefings, foreign travel, couriers, event-driven briefings, and debriefings.

Specific tasking:

• Administer visitor control program, coordinate and permit access to controlled spaces in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Maintain the visitor control and badging system that supports SAP and SCI visit requirements which includes accurate visitor identification; preparation and destruction of visitor badges; escort uncleared visitors.

• Execute and support security policies and procedures that ensure classified information is always protected.

• Responsible for backing up the Security Manager and/or Security Administrative position as needed.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in a government security environment.

• A current Top-Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years is required

Summary of Job Duties:

The Security Systems Administrator works directly under the supervision of the Director of Security and Support Services and is responsible for assisting with specialized assignments in different functional areas such as networking of low voltage systems, user services, operations, technical services, or systems applications. Responsible for the maintenance, installation, set up & data input for security systems, structured cabling, and overhead paging systems at UAMS-owned and/or operated properties across the state. Assists with the design of UAMS security systems and low voltage systems. Supervises other personnel in the Security Division in the Senior Security Systems Administrator’s absence. Coordinate and supervise low-voltage contractors used for the installation and maintenance of these systems. Assists with investigations and data collection as needed. Assists with the collection and decimation of information/data as well as training for our Emergency Management, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Security programs. This position is subject to on-call response for emergencies that occur after normal business hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
