What You Will Do:

The Multimedia Technician - AV Systems Specialist provides independent coordination, end-user support, and training for meetings and events large and small and is responsible for establishing the standards for events and ensuring execution meets those standards.

This role will be the primary point of contact for projects in Groupon offices worldwide, coordinating AV systems installations with multiple stakeholders - internal and external.  

Troubleshooting, upgrades, and configuration changes are also part of the portfolio.  

This role is based in our Chicago headquarters but provides services and support to offices around the globe.  Project-based travel, possibly including international, should be expected.

Multimedia technicians should be motivated to provide top-notch customer service experiences.  We work hard to provide tools and technology so our colleagues don’t have to work hard to have a great meeting!
