Primary Job Function:

• Manage the end to end process of S&L
• Manage Supply and Logistics of incoming stock and automation of month end reporting
• Ensure adequate stock distribution and to ensure stock is available at our ports for distribution across ANZ

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock levels in line with demand and customers' expectations
• Manage logistics services - freight (ocean, air, surface), warehouse, 3PL
• Periodic reporting and analysis both locally and globally
• Review, prioritise and move stock as needed in various accounts and distributors
• Liaise with ALOG/NOLA on day to day stock issues and enquiries
• Update changes to the supply plan via the weekly publish
• KPI tracking & trends - distributors as well as internal
• Excess & obsolescence reporting
• Forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels held in depots
• Send weekly backorder reports for AU & NZ
• Managing inventory in cooperation with our distributors
• Stock release monitoring and approval to manage products on scarce status
• Managing stock expiration and pricing
• Monitor incoming shipments & MAS conformance
• Working with Demand Planning team on all risks to supply stability
• Develop, streamline and improve supply function within the business 
• Acting as first point of call for our sales teams on stock situations and resolving issues including stock movement between depots according to FEFO rule
• GS1 management

Education/Experience/Knowledge required:

• Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain Management or similar field – highly desirable
• Project Management Qualification – highly desirable
• Background in demand/supply planning or complex analytical and numerical roles 
• Dealt with supply to traditional food route channel and convenience market in Australia
• Potentially have experience in dealing with short shelf life stock
• Experience in dealing with a large numbers of SKUs
• Developed knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets and databases and be proficient in computer based programs specifically Excel 
• Excellent relationship management skills
• High level of analytical skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Planner position is a key member of the Supply Chain Team and is responsible for supply planning across Amcor Rigid Packaging North America manufacturing sites.  This position will primarily be responsible for the coordinating, accuracy, and timely delivery of our rolling short and long term planning process.   The person in this position will need to be an effective communicator and have command of the necessary information to lead the resolution of supply related issues and elevate to cross functional stakeholders as needed. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Responsible for day to day production planning across North American manufacturing facilities.
• Works with plants, commercial groups and customers to ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborates with all parties to resolve multi-plant supply issues.
• Demonstrates strong command of supply issues and escalates when required to leadership.
• Provides analytical support for determining short and long-term capacity.
• Develops and presents customer-specific supply plans to customer teams and commits capacity in line with production plans.
• Supports the Supply Chain monthly production planning process and is a power user for current and future plant scheduling models.
• Develops capacity plans for new business opportunities and participates in the cross-functional Business Development Review process.

• Works with key stakeholders to develop and ensure compliance to inventory targets, communicating deviations and engaging in problem solving solutions where necessary.
• Assists in production planning for other areas of Supply Chain as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Logistics, or similar field
• 3+ years of experience planning multi plant manufacturing operation
• APICS or other Supply Chain related certification is preferred
• Demonstrated skills and experience in capacity planning, finite production and inventory planning
• Demonstrated positive approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and commitments simultaneously.

About The Role

As a PIAS representative, you will have a permanent role with an attractive compensation package on top of additional commission and incentives. You will be responsible for driving the success of our business and introducing our partners' and providers' products to the market.

Working as part of a dynamic new team, you will work alongside a wide range of financial services providers and partners including fund houses. Insurers, brokers, medical specialists, and branding agencies for the best interest of our clients.

This role also offers an opportunity to customize our solutions offerings by presenting the ever-changing needs and desires of our customers to the management team.

You will need to be both a team player as well as someone who can succeed in a self-directed manner and above all else, a highly positive and coachable individual (regardless of age) with the drive to win.

What Can Be Expected

• Work under the direction of the Team Manager / Director

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and business targets (existing/new business customers)

• Create and maintain accurate account plans (as required)

• Pitching our bundled solution and services to the market

• Develop new accounts/markets and go-to-market strategies

• Develop and manage strategic business relationships within customer account

• Build and track pipeline opportunities in CRM and provide management reporting as required

• Increase market awareness and adoption

• Develop a deep understanding of our customer's needs and our product offerings

• Teamwork with the wider organization including our client support and training teams to ensure our customers are properly supported

• Leads are provided and you are expected to call and build appointments (NF2F / F2F)

Required Skills And Experience

• Proven ability of accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close

• Proven ability to initiate, build and maintain key relationships with customers

• Ability to work within a collaborative environment to achieve results

• Experience with cold calling customers/prospects, appointment setting, and opportunity tracking

• A proven track record of success in sales (any industry) is preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• A positive, coachable, and can-do attitude is a must

• You will need to possess the relevant CMFAS certifications, or else you are expected to pass them

• Computer and technology literate

• Minimum a recognized diploma or degree in any discipline

What it’s like to be a Northbridge Risk Services Solutions Trainer 

The Risk Services Trainer Transportation is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering Risk Services training content to customers, both internally and externally. In consultation with the Risk Services Management, the incumbent will assist in creating a roadmap for department-wide training and development of training programs that adequately supports department and organizational initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate the outcomes of pre-S&OP and affiliate S&OP meetings into a production/replenishment plan aligned with the business units
