Your skills and experience

• You have about 5-8 years experience, preferably in another agency

You will join an experienced community of Solution Architects who work together to developing products and services for Children's and Families Services, which meet user needs, ensuring the technical quality of our solution designs.

We're looking for someone to support our delivery teams, blending technical (development and architecture) and behaviour (leadership and communication) skills to achieve our collective goals.

Security, verification and authentication are a big part of that. Users of our services need to prove who they are, so they can get the support they need. You will make sure that DWP digital services have the right Identity and Trust solutions in place.

You'll ensure that the technical quality and adherence of solution designs align with DWP architecture principles, standards, patterns and practices, Enterprise Architecture and Product Roadmaps.

You'll have experience of agile delivery methodologies, together with developing solutions for deployment into public cloud environments.

Your Essential Skills:

• Experience with Application Architecture design and modelling techniques, patterns, tools, and standards.

In return for your skills, we pay £52,412 - £70,000 per annum.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles for startups and/or digital agencies with experience in payroll processing and management.
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, pitching, interviewing, and closing candidates including offer negotiations
• Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in USA to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of new products and meeting key quality metrics
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process coordinating mechanical cleanliness issues between Design Centre and SQE in Asia and ensure timely closures
• Collaborate with Design engineering, material science laboratory in the USA/Japan in implementing new cleanliness specifications, new technology in cleanliness testing, new surface treatment, new material, etc at suppliers.
• Drive technical improvement in the area of cleanliness and contamination control as defined by corporate cleanliness team
• Audit Suppliers to ensure compliance to prescribed requirements in the area of cleanroom operations, electroless Nickel plating, passivation, adhesive control, electropolish process so as to pre-empt excursions due to component cleanliness
• Provide technical advisory role to component SQE on contamination related issues to ensure that the corrective actions are effective and systemic
