The Opportunity
As an Organizational Change Management Intern within Adobe Technology Services and reporting into the Office of the CIO, you will be a member of a Center of Excellence which supports the people side of change for initiatives that significantly impact our strategic goals.
You will work alongside change managers (internal and consultants) to support an ongoing program to minimize disruption and increase adoption across business and technical functions. You will help program managers and related roles improve their skills and understanding of organizational change by developing new templates for the Change CoE’s library.
All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with program team members to ensure organizational change for programs is executed optimally
- Engage with business & Adobe Technology Services team members to foster cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment
- Deliver on areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development
- Contribute to change agent networks for initiatives as appropriate
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Master’s degree in Organization Design & Change Management, Communications, or Business; or equivalent degree required
- 3+ years of practical experience with people, process, and technology change implementations is a plus
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Communication skills for a variety of audiences, both written and verbal and using multiple formats including MS Office tools; newsletters, video, and infographics are a plus
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to establish relationships
- Ability to motivate and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship
- Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization
- Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics
- Experience with Adobe suite is desirable
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
