Responsibility

• Ensure that customer complaints are logged onto SAP correctly on a daily basis, and that the data entered is acurate and according to the defined standards. Seek clarification from the originator as necessary and check that the complaint is correctly assigned to the correct geographical coordinator, reassign as necessary. Maintain links with the other complaints coordinators globally.
• Analyzed and obtained clarification of information provided during the complaint intake process, to provide concise event descriptions and product information based on guidance documents.
• Lead the investigation, completion of 8D report and documentation in SAP. Maintain effective working relationships with all personnel in the company dealing with investigations into customer complaints and all personnel world wide who raise customer complaints.
• Ensure close follow-up on each received complaint. Ensure clear communication to customer on corrective and preventive action is clear without expose company to further liabilities.
• As the work is received, ensure that aged stock/lost business/product recall returns are raised, authorised, and actioned according to the defined procedures. Check discrepancies with those raising the return and refer to sales managers or line manager in cases of conflict.
• Perform statitical trending of complaint and initiate action for delivering improvement. Responsible for complaint dashboard data accuracy and highlight any area of concern that require more indept approach.
• To proactively identify areas for improvement in the complaints and returns process by influencing and/ or engage stakeholders for any changes in the process for business benefits and improving company objectives.
• Assist in batch release and secondary record check for compliance.
• Co-leading and involve in audit (internal, external and customer audit) and maintaining company's management system.
• Organize process related training where needed in the organization.
• To participate in Global DBB and complaint meeting and contribute in business improvement initiative to the team.
• Any other assignment appointed by Quality Manager.

We are currently recruiting for a property compliance officer. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all properties within the portfolios have all statutory certificates and licences. The successful candidate will liaise with contractors, tenants, and freeholders to arrange the testing and inspections required to ensure properties within the portfolios meet all statutory obligations and local property licensing conditions.

Duties would include:

• Proactively maintain a spreadsheet database (or future asset management software which may be adopted) listing the testing and inspection requirements for each property and the expiry dates of the test certificates
• Produce and proactively update a rolling 12-month work plan detailing the testing and inspections to be commissioned within the next 12-month period
• Instruct contractors or staff to carry out the testing and/or inspections according to the work plan
• Liaise with tenants, staff, long leaseholders, freeholders and contractors to arrange the access required for testing/inspections to be carried out within the required time periods
• Monitor contractors and HGL/EL staff to ensure the required testing/inspections have been carried out and ensure that certificates and reports are stored in the relevant files and systems
• Refer any technical issues highlighted in testing or inspection reports to HGL management and the relevant technical officer
• Arrange for injunctions to be obtained and coordinate forced entries where tenants consistently refuse to provide access without good reason
• Undertake any other administrative activities as required

What a Supplies Quality and Customer Experience Engineer does at HP:

• Be the customer champion for the assigned product(s)/solution(s) within Inkjet Portfolio.
• Own and be accountable for Supplies Quality and Customer Experience PDP deliverables as defined for product(s) assigned, ensure 100% completion and delivery of all PDP items (key areas include: Customer-Centered Product Needs, Support Strategy, Content & Messaging, Product Set-Up, Returns).
• Actively participate as member of program development team, forge partnerships with R&D, Manufacturing, Printer teams, and support partners. Drive product and customer experience improvements to ensure a differentiated product and support experience is delivered.
• Track, monitor, and report on product/customer experience performance of in-market products.
• Enact appropriate problem-solving and project management approaches to contain and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Recommend solutions that optimize/balance warranty costs with appropriate product/customer experience needs, advocate for decisions that meet these objectives.
• Escalation Communication and Management - take ownership of escalated customer issues from call center, onsite, marketing centers, printer partners, SIE, etc. to quickly implement effective solutions. Lead/facilitate formal escalation team efforts as-needed and manage smooth transition to appropriate short and long-term owners. Engage in active communication of customer feedback/issue severity and incidence until the issue is fully understood and adequately addressed. Help investigation teams to attain quick assessment, fix/no fix decisions, and resolution.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Role Responsibilities:

• Testing of the system during FAT (factory acceptance test) following the test procedures and prepare test and QC reports
• Installation, testing and commissioning of our battery on site at customer sites in various countries
• Provide support and guidance to customer for electrical connection of the battery to renewables, DG and loads.
• Filling of the liquid electrolyte in the battery with strictly following the safety standards, as per service documents provided.
• Testing of PCB circuit boards, relays, BMS components, sensor signals, protection components, ACDB, DCDB etc before turning on of the system.
• Configure battery inverter to set the requirement as per country standards.
• Use of external DC power supply to pre charge the battery, following the service manual.
• Troubleshoot of the various problems that may arise during the operation of the battery including hardware and software issues.
• Remote monitoring of all the battery units deployed and track of operation and troubleshoot problem if arises
• Generate on-site service report and documents clear problem statements and resolving.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in power management/control Industry. Previous work experience on battery technology would be beneficial.
• You should have strong and relevant background in working in a hardware engineering
• You should be familiar with the various power topologies and design considerations
• You will be frequently required to travel for business.
• You should be good at on-site problem identification and rectifying.

Job Objectives

The candidate will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing transformation which is aligned to the organisation’s transformation strategy.

Reporting to Test Lead, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services provided by the organisation for any projects, change requests and production fixes for Customer Management & Credit Origination suite of applications.

The candidate is also expected to manage and ensure the successful the delivery of testing services provided by the organisation’s appointed test service providers, and in accordance to the organization’s standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the Customer Management & Credit Origination Domain.

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing

· Works with the testing service providers and other Bank’s stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.

· Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.

· Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.

· Engages with various Bank’s stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand.

· Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by the Bank’s stakeholders, testing service providers.

· Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.

· Drive and collaborate with all Bank’s stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.

· Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.

· Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.

· Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains.

· Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.

· Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 12 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.

· Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.

· Strong domain knowledge on Customer Management and Credit Origination. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.

· Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.

· A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.

· Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.

· Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.

· Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.

· Experience in various testing tool suites like HP UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM / Quality Center, Tosca, Selenium, JIRA etc.

· Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.

· Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

· Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.
