Your responsibilities:
· Own and manage multiple key clients, building relationships and helping to grow the accounts
· Identify and drive new business opportunities, through existing and new business relationships.
· Hold and be accountable for targets and the health of the accounts you manage
· Staying up to-date-on daily project activities and effectively managing project workflow. Steer the team to deliver work on time, in scope, and on budget.

THE JOB
The Key Account Director will focus on the management and fulfillment of emerging categories from top tier regional / local venue partnerships. This position will play a vital role with delivering unmatched client service, business retention efforts, and renewal opportunities. Consistent alignment with the Regional Sales Director and Venue Brand Manager on the applicable accounts will be critical for success.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
For determined Regional Sales key accounts collectively averaging $5M, ensure delivery of contractual elements including planning, execution, reporting, and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery
Support key account business by developing a strategic roadmap, creative programs, and business development/growth opportunities for key client relationships
Understand client ROI goals and asset association with each goal to lead renewal recommendations
Serve as the key point of contact for all client specific financials including overall profitability, projections, and program budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying savings
Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business and impeccable program delivery
Super serve relationships with key client contacts outside of the day-to-day relationships
Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams (i.e., Digital and social media, Promotions, Talent, Content Production, Legal, Finance, Research, etc.) to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
Work across regionally distributed teams daily, including different cities, markets, timezones
Create and route deal point memos for renewal and new client business
Lead key client meetings throughout the year, in-person/via Zoom (mid-season reviews, end of year recap/renewal discussions, etc.) including the development of presentations for meetings
Collaborate and support all on-site activities for venues, festivals, custom events, artist experiences, and hospitality programs including coordination with Venue Brand Managers and Logistics team
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs and share with Senior Brand Directors and Sales Team as applicable
Lead subject matter for the Venue Brand Management team as similarities become apparent with key accounts and become an expert for the team on asset or client services subject matter
Travel annually to venues within client portfolio to audit partnerships and client entertainment when applicable

As part of the Global Ticketmaster Finance team, the Ticketmaster North America Accounting group is a diverse group of professionals responsible for all aspects of accounting and balance sheet reporting for the Ticketmaster lines of business located in the Unites States and Canada. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent support to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and we are committed to meeting the challenges that come with the evolving business, regulatory and compliance landscape in which we operate.
THE JOB
We are seeking a Director of Accounting to manage accounting processes that impact key lines of business supported by the Ticketmaster North America Accounting group. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting rules and will manage all reporting due to internal and external stakeholders. The role will manage, mentor and coach a team of accountants at various levels and be responsible for training and career development related to the team. Our ideal candidate will roll up their sleeves and be actively involved in accounting processes at a detailed level. The candidate should have 15+ years of increasing responsibility in accounting including at least 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing and motivating an accounting staff at all levels.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

To excel in this role, you'll bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within BFSI
Proven track record of leading multi-year, multi-million dollar initiatives, from pre-sales to customer service handoff
Successful history of direct selling, consulting, and service delivery in the technology industry, focusing on multi-year solutions
Strong understanding of various business models and connecting them with how IT drives profitability
Resilient and credible leadership abilities, indirectly leading across multiple functions and fostering collaboration and accountability
Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying and pursuing substantial growth opportunities with a long-term view
