RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media and Influence

• Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.
• Ensure MINDS' social media platforms are maintained and maximised for engagement and storytelling.
• Support social media analysis and measurement of outreach success/outcomes.

Website Management

• Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks including but not limited to: creation of new pages, update existing pages/content, copy editing.

Corporate Communications

• Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines.
• Facilitate and/or review external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS.
• Produce corporate publications such as corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters and other collaterals.
• Ensure quarterly e-newsletter and any necessary information is circulated to MINDS staff in a timely manner.

Events & Initiatives

• Assist in the development and execution of public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, house brand products, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.

Media Management

• Support corporate events in the area of media management and execution.
• Manage media queries and requests.
• Draft media statements, responses to media and public queries, develop communications collaterals.
• Develop and nurture good relationships with the media and influencers to build goodwill.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ or relevant subjects

OTHER INFORMATION

• At least 2 years of work experience in communications, marketing, content creation; with good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications
• Proficient in graphic design i.e. Adobe Creative Suite

Primary Responsibilities

· To plan, co-ordinate, schedule, organize, quality control, respond to and recover all the works executed under the contract

· To organize technical, performance and management reports including Incident Report, Monthly Report for (Client) Site as and when required

· To co-ordinate with (Client) Site Technical staffs, landlord and all other contractors/vendors as required to properly maintain and manage the said systems

· To understand and comply to SOP / SEOP & to perform wellness checks and undertake minor repairs / replacement works in all operational matters

· To control all workers entering in data centre vicinity, including his director, subcontracted and those nominated by (Client) Site, related to the works under the contract. As site engineer shall oversee their works, punctuality, work attire and work permit/employment passes if applicable. For security purposes, all workers shall have standard uniform for easy identification

· To respond to fault calls within a 5-10 minutes frame (on-site staff) and oversee the system recovery. Assist to coordinate with vendors such as those nominated by “(Client) Site” for recovery actions. The foremost objective of any recovery action is to prevent any further damage by (water, fire, etc) to the data centre IT equipment or to restore or maintain the power, aircon and facilities operating environment for our critical equipment such as servers and telecommunication facilities. All faults attended to shall be analysed for learning lessons and incorporated into existing procedures to proactively guard against future occurrences

· To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E and/or M&E related works and reconfiguration/minor projects carried out by other contractors in (Client) Site as and when required

· To carry out Preventive Maintenance on Mechanical & Electrical System according to site schedules (eg monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or on ad-hoc basis)

· To serve as the main communication channel to (Client) Site for all matters with regards to this contract

· To record and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, eg for time and materials extended to relating work orders to (Client) Site Facilities Management Officers when carrying out facilities management scope

· The preliminary checklist for monthly shall be provided by the on-site FM engineer. The FM site engineer shall value-add to this by reviewing and expanding on the service plans to make it effective for meeting the performance measure specified

· FM site engineer shall maintain open communication channel with (Client) Site technical staffs throughout the contract term

· In the event the FM site engineer is unavailable, absent from work, medical leave, annual leave, a replacement engineer will be deployed at no additional charge to (Client) Site

· The FM site LEAD engineer shall attend to all FM related scheduled meetings as and when required by (Client) Site Facilities Management Officers

· The FM site engineer shall furnish (Client) Site incident reports with regards to any fault calls recorded. The incident report shall be forwarded to (Client) Site for record purposes not later than 24 hours after each fault occurrence

· Site FM team shall perform rotating shifts duties covering 24/7/365 throughout the contract term as per scheduled

· Cover duties as and when required by immediate Supervisor

· They are ready for any other works assigned to them as and when required by the Supervisor and Management, upon request.

About the role:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the electrical team in project implementation at site.

Qualification and Skills:

Responsibilities:

· Develop, monitor and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for construction works

· Develop and follow through a system of project progress monitoring to identify schedule compliance as set out in the specifications and for potential claims analysis

· Perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities by updating the schedule with actual progress (& actual start/finish dates) and provide schedule reports, including progress updates in Gantt Chart view and resource/cost histograms as and when required

· Provide information and assist in the analysis of claims utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of construction activities and events
