They provide expert advice to clinicians on diagnostic and treatment support for patients with respiratory and non-respiratory disorders. They also support senior clinicians. managers and contribute to the development of a quality and cost effective service. Detailed job description and main responsibilities1. Provide general reception duties, operation of switchboard, information and accurate message service at reception desks.2. Ensure that all tasks are carried out to a high standard of quality which meets all departmental and organisation requirements.3. To act as a telephone operator receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls, communicating with patients as required ordetermined by service needs4. Provide factual, non clinical information to patients both face to face and over the telephone5. Effective and efficient use and co-ordination of patient data/appointment systems including processing of new referrals into a service6. Inputting of data to provide an effective information system to capture the 18-week data requirements7. Responsible for the scheduling of clinics, sending out appointments and booking of clinic rooms. Preparation of case notes for clinicsessions, using all appropriate technologies, procedures and guidelines.8. To support with the process of issuing of requested equipment for example wheelchairs9. Assist in the locating, collecting and returning of case notes supporting and maintaining accurate systems of tracking and tracing in linewith Trust Policies and Procedures.10. Prepare patient files/service records for archiving, ensuring compliance with Trust Policies and Procedures.11. Typing of letters, reports and other correspondence, and the input and checking of data and information into IT systems.12. General office duties including opening and distributing of post, good housekeeping, filing, photocopying and monitoring andmaintaining of supplies and stationery.13. Assist in the co-ordination of room usage.14. Support and maintain the reporting mechanism with regard to general state of repair of premise/area. To be responsible for implementing a range of specialist psychological interventions with children, young people, and their families with complex and severe mental health problems by demonstrating the ability to synthesise different explanatory models and adjust/refine psychological formulations to guide specialist interventions. To evaluate and make decisions about appropriate and evidence-based treatment options, considering both theoretical and therapeutic models and highly complex factors concerning historical and developmental processes that have shaped the individual, family, or group. CAMHS experience is essential as is competencies in neurodevelopmental assessments.

This can be offered at Band 7, Band 8A or Band 8B - depending on experience.

3 month locum contract initially, possibility it could be extended. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, will consider part time hours, 2 days a week being the minimum.

The post holder is a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists in general practice. In this role they will be supported by a clinical director who will develop, manage and mentor them. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role. The post holder will take responsibility for areas of chronic disease management within the practice and undertake clinical medication reviews to proactively manage patients with complex polypharmacy.

You will be performing at the same level of duties and responsibilities of the Medical Officer and/or Basic Specialty Trainee, including calls and roster duties. You will be working closely with other multidisciplinary team which includes nurses, allied health professionals and administrators to provide better care plan for the patients.

Discussing and resolving coding queries from the coding team as well as providing expert advice for coding information requests from other divisions and departments within the Trust in a timely manner. Disseminating training feedback to the team members and devising action plans to improve coding performance. Sharing responsibility with the Coding Quality Assurance Lead in providing constructive feedback on coding performance and ensuring knowledge and learning points are communicated effectively across the team.
