The North West London Occupational Health Shared Service (NWL OH SS) is hosted by Central and North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL) and is made up of a team of experienced occupational health doctors and nurses, supported by administrators. The majority hold specialist qualifications and many have over 20 years’ experience in occupational health.

The service has a strong commercial customer base providing first class professional Occupational Health Services to other NHS organisations as well as small / medium size enterprises (SME). This will be achieved through planning and completing regular department wide and individual staff audits. Using their freedom to act, they will develop local clinical coding policies, reviewing pre-existing ones and ensuring the QRGs and other coding guidance as contained on the database is accurate, relevant and does not breach national clinical coding standards, rules and conventions. The Clinical Coding Audit and Training manager will also assist the Senior Managers of Clinical Coding in identifying departmental and individual specific training needs.

The post holder will be an Accredited Clinical Coder and they will be a holder of the NHS England Clinical Coding Auditor qualification as well as possessing experience of leading and managing a clinical coding department or service. Their knowledge base will include an in-depth understanding of Secondary Uses Services (SUS) and Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data and how this is used in external benchmarking to describe the depth of coding between organisations.

• In partnership with the Market Director and Nurse Practitioner Manager, you will build and maintain effective communications between market partners, resulting in strong relationships supportive of patient outcomes.
• Prioritizing patient visits to improve health outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.

• Provide clinical support/ oversight to IKC Registered Nurses- (RN Care Managers)
• Complete audits on care plans, TOC and overall quality. And develop action plans to address gaps or deficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing highly preferred; Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading and managing teams required
• Experience in co-morbid, chronic disease, or nephrology exp. preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing to data-driven outcomes and process improvement required
• Strong communication on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

• Proficient understanding of EMR applications (Epic and Cerner)

The annual salary range for this position is $190,900.00-$286,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Position Summary:     

The Clinical Partner Account Manager (cPAM) is responsible for ensuring budgeted annual sales and profit objectives are met for Illumina’s Channel Partner/s and any of its subsidiaries in a given territory. This position focuses on exceeding revenue targets and driving new opportunities in Korean clinical market through development of key accounts in a given territory. The cPAM serves as the central point of contact for channel organizations and drives growth planning programs in support of business objectives to ensure channel partners are committing to strategic initiatives. This position requires a high degree of business acumen, strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership and organizational skills, creativity and critical thinking, and proven written and verbal communication skills.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Define the channel strategy in a given field territory, including the identification of key market segments
• Augment and drive recruitment of appropriate partners grow out indirect clinical markets
• Ensure partners can articulate Illumina solutions and our values 
• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring the annual channel partner collaborative growth plan to meet and exceed assigned budget and drive incremental sales revenue across the territory (inclusive of setting partner metrics)

Position Requirements: 

• Experience working in direct/indirect sales and/or sales management role selling into clinical customers.

The successful candidate will assist the Consultant Surgeons in the provision of Surgical Services including:- Clinics The post holder will support new and follow-up clinics. Theatres The post holder will have the opportunity to undertake parallel and independent theatre lists. The post holder will have the opportunity to participate and be trained in all major head and neck oncological procedures appropriate to their level of training. The fellow will be expected to be involved in the training of higher surgical trainees, both in the outpatient setting and in theatre for procedures such as neck dissection, thyroidectomy and laryngectomy/laryngopharyngectomy. Academic/Research The incumbent is expected to play a contributory role in current departmental research, audit, and teaching as well as lead research projects under the supervision of Consultants. Specifically, the post holder will be required to take part in research activities related to recurrent head and neck cancer management. On-Call There may be on call expectation on this post. Training The postholder is expected to support and be involved with training the junior staff. Other Attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings So far as is consistent with the proper discharge of the above duties the postholder undertakes to deputise from time to time for absent colleagues.
