What You'll Work On
Learn and improve our existing Go-based health care platforms.
Design and implement services and components utilizing Go for cloud-based platforms.
Developing high-volume, low-latency services for a global health care platform
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate with APIs that empower users to share and utilize their medical data in partner systems.
Design and implement unit testable code that is highly maintainable.
Collaborate directly with InfoSec to design and implement secure solutions.
Collaborate with both internal and external team members to shape and define API contracts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, other relevant field or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with data design and database technologies such as SQL Server, Postgres or similar.
Software development experience with Go. Strong knowledge of idiomatic Go and best practices. Good knowledge of concurrency in Go - goroutines, channel patterns, Go ecosystem, and tools and frameworks.
Experience contributing to a scalable architecture/design of existing and new systems that are highly available and easy to maintain and monitor.
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly complex asynchronous messaging and backend processing jobs.
Practical experience and understanding of working with and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ability to work well with a team in a high-performance organization.
Comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team
Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
A willingness to learn new software development languages to meet goals and objectives.
Strong Computer Science fundamentals and experience with software development

What You'll Work On
The Release Manager will play an integral role in implementing and executing Abbott Diabetes Care Mobile release processes
The role supports ADC’s engineering helping drive the continuous integration/deployment process to production mobile application stores
The Release Manager will ensure that new software is released in a streamlined manner from development to production
As a Release Manager you'll use your strong technical ability to drive product releases across many different systems and teams, and ensure that ADC’s products are delivered with a repeatable and scalable process

Work independently in a lead role, or as part of a team to design, develop, and troubleshoot critical electrical designs. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Research, specify, design, verify, and validate very low-power analog front-end design and battery-powered embedded systems per applicable regulatory standards for medical devices.
• Working experience in EMC/EMI design and testing for regulatory standards. • Proficient in PCB layout using Altium design tools. Anticipate and resolve DFM and DFT issues.
• Develop product specifications, design FMEAs, and V&V test protocols. • Ensure that electrical design and test equipment meet applicable industry and medical device standards
• Communicate effectively to and participate in cross-functional development teams.
• Create and review electrical design specifications and product requirements. • Write and submit Engineering Change Orders in Agile (a product life cycle management tool.)
• Act as an independent reviewer on programs not directly involved. • Comply with all applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 + years years of experience of relevant experience
• Mastery of fundamental Electrical Engineering principles.
• Experience in performing complex engineering calculations and relating results to design verification tests including statistical analysis and tolerance analysis
• Working knowledge in writing process, product requirements, and design specifications. • Understanding of processes used in the design and manufacturing of medical devices, particularly those for very low-current, battery-powered handheld, wearable, and body-worn devices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As the Senior Specialist Quality you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Quality System.
What You’ll Work On
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
Independently contributes to Quality System processes which may include training, corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) activities, product and process planning, and quality audits.
Determines quality attributes and requirements. May provide technical assistance.
Project manages quality escalations and works cross-functionally with appropriate SMEs.
Responsible for managing and tracking responses to regulatory agencies.
Independently completes documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
Understands and complies with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience (such as Quality, Compliance, Engineering) within a regulated environment (such as medical device, diagnostics or pharmaceutical industries) to develop the
