Description 

We are recruiting a Senior Supply Chain planner, who is responsible for meeting inventory targets, maintaining supply to markets and making the most efficient use of site resources for both in-line products as well as new product introductions. He/ she is responsible to maintain the targeted supply to our customers and patients. He/she proactively addresses, mitigates and resolves the current and potential supply issues from short term up to 36 months horizon.

 

He/she works closely with E2E Planners/Product Leads/Value Chain Manager to define, align and support brand strategies (for example: New Product Launch, Network Transfer and Portfolio Optimization). As part of Global Supply Chain Management Organization, he/she also works under our Global Operating Model and optimize supply chain metrics.

 

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

·        Own the global supply plan (up to 36-months-horizon)

·        Monitor and Resolve Exception Management through Rapid Response

·        Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders (Management)

Qualifications

Education and Minimum Requirements:

 

Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or closely related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience within the supply chain environment at a plant and global level.

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

·        Advanced knowledge / expertise of SAP R/3, or similar ERP & Excel

Job Description

ICF is seeking a Grants Management Specialist with experience in federal grant compliance, administration, and reporting, or similar work supporting federal, state, and local grant administration and implementation activities. This is an opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team that engages with a variety of project teams across ICF in areas related to climate, energy, and transportation. My client who is a leader within the Sprinkler Industry has 3 key requirements for 3 fitters to work on Fire Suppression Systems.

You will be carrying out maintenance on these systems, mainly data centres, from London to Nottingham.

Must be willing to travel.

Must have van and tools, all expenses will be paid.

This can be a contract or permanent role.

Paying £250 - £260 a day + expenses and travel on a contract basis.

Paying £50k - £55k + package and all expenses paid on a perm basis.

Role Purpose:

Excellent opportunity to be part of the team to drive the inventory planning and AI projects in the supply chain areas and provide the expertise support to BUs to ensure full benefits are returned from the investment in the new technologies and optimization.

A typical day in this Role:

• Work with Group functions and BU to deliver an inventory planning and optimization project.
• Understand the business needs, process and analysis the situation.
• Explore the new technology and adapt it to make the process become more efficient. E.g. Power automate / Power BI.
• Plan and manage the project schedule, communicate the status and deliverables to the stakeholder and track the generated the benefits.
• Build the knowledge to leverage the best practice among the Group and accelerate the deployment cycle.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Chinese.

• Must be prepared to travel Asia and China.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:-

· Ensure seaworthiness of the ship in accordance to voyage schedule and bunker operation.

· Lead the ship’s officers and crew in the following, including but not limited to:-

1. Comply with applicable rules, instructions, and contracts of cargo operations;

2. Implement and execute prevailing maritime safety and environmental policies;

3. Enforce security and safety procedures in accordance with local, national, and international laws and requirements;

4. Upkeep and review relevant shipboard documents, certificates, and records, including but not limited to vessel certificates, navigation manuals, and crew qualifications;

5. Review safety and environment-related activities; and

6. Review shipboard contingency procedures.

· Take charge of the Safety Management System, including but not limited to:-

1. Lead and assign roles to senior officers;

2. Ensure the system is kept current through regular audits; and

3. Ensure all records are kept current and accurate.

4. Ensure all ship’s crew possess qualifications that comply with maritime regulations and conventions, such as MARPOL, SOLAS, SCTW, and ISPS; and

· Ensure that onboard training requirements are met.

You will be responsible for running NVIDIA distribution partners in the federal/public sector. The focus will be to help our federal/public sector distributors understand the NVIDIA AI product portfolio, support them to identify and qualify partner sales opportunities. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA sales engineers, partner business managers, and end user sales leaders, to drive revenue through NVIDIA platform adoption.

The role has the primary objective to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota assignments for specified distribution partners. The partner sales manager is responsible for growing the NVIDIA business in the assigned distribution partner. This includes the understanding of distributor business goals and requirements, and being involved in the presentation of NVIDIA product, solutions and technology propositions to distribution salespeople.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage interface between NVIDIA and Distributor to exceed goals.

• Directly lead / sell into Distributors. Handle channel disputes as needed.

• Understanding distributor business strategies. Communicating distributor business strategies to pertinent departments in NVIDIA.

• Understanding and communicating NVIDIA value propositions (corporate, positioning, products, technologies, capabilities) to distributors and VARs.

• Training distributor salespeople and adjusting sales activities and product mix as needed based on POS sales.

• Monitoring and reporting competitive activities, POS and sales in.

• Leading co-marketing opportunities with channel partners and eco system partners.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)

• Minimum of 8 years related experience in channel distribution account sales management.

• Experience managing distribution channel accounts required.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with large Distributors.

• Track record of strong sales in compute and storage products.

• History of building and implementing federal distribution business plans.

• Strong team-selling skills.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills including effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Understanding of data science workflows and generative AI's effect on the Federal/Public sector channel.

• A strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to a distributor sales, technical and executive teams.
