Job Description
In this role you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the PIM solution (Salsify), and corresponding eCommerce product data, content, and syndication across the retailer network. You will also be responsible for supporting our D2C business, ensuring goals and objectives are met for digital growth. You will play a supportive role in managing projects related to some IT development for the North America region.
Your role:
- Support D2C management and troubleshooting; including but not limited to traffic, conversion rate, merchandising and inventory management.
- Implement, integrate, and manage the PIM system.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling and resolving issues with content syndication platforms such as Salsify and Syndigo.
- Aid in establishing and upkeeping catalog taxonomy, governance, hierarchies, and attributes of our PIM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and data owners to synchronize product content with source systems, and lead initiatives to design and implement new data mappings for content ingestion into the PIM system.
- Contribute to the definition of workflows and the organization of content in a scalable, logical structure that caters to the requirements of various retailer platforms.
- Oversee the creation and validation of new category/product attributes and provide support for significant content modification projects. Develop workflows and ingestion channels within the PIM system to transform product content to meet the syndication requirements of major retailers.
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve problems.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with data syndication/data management. SQL experience, required. Experience working within the CPG/retail industry, Direct to Consumer (D2C), strongly preferred.
- Your skills include prior experience with Salsify, Syndigo or other PIM, and large data sets.
- You’re a self starter, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to take independent initiatives to dive deep into data analysis.
