JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management.
• At least 3 years of hotel's Housekeeping Managerial experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Partnerships & Engagement department, your key roles include Customer Service Operations, Hospitality, Event Space Management and Membership Support. Job Requirements
- Manage the hotline and attend to email enquiries on event space rental and related services including converting inquiries into sales

Pre-requisties

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and plan for unanticipated scenarios
