Job Title: Global Fund Finance - Open-Ended Funds - BXPE - AVP
- Work directly with internal and external teams to assist in the preparation and review of the 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings and ensure new transactions are appropriately disclosed
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare accounting policy memos for new transactions and analyze new accounting standards to determine impact on the fund
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors; oversee SOX controls and documentation
- Work directly with internal and external teams to ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statements
- Responsible for regulatory reporting
- Work with internal and external teams to monitor the liquidity of the entire fund structure including supporting treasury operations for investor subscriptions, redemptions and distributions; liaising with stakeholders to ensure sufficient cash is available when and where required; coordinate with the appointed service providers to monitor funds available for distribution to support the fund’s distribution policy
- Responsible for quarterly close of BX deliverables
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects
- Managing and mentoring junior staff
Qualifications:
- BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is required
- CPA license is preferred
- 6 + years of public/private accounting experience
- Experience with SEC reporting and public companies is required
- Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic culture.
- Detail oriented and possess strong work ethic; ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills

Expected annual base salary range:
$115,000 - $185,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
