What you’ll be doing…


- Supporting the OT Cyber Requirements Manager in the implementation and assurance of standards with Information Security communications and in improving the security culture of the organisation.
- Understanding OT functionality within the context of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions, Safety Cases, and Nuclear Site Security Plans.
- Understanding and advising on compliance with relevant regulatory and EDF Energy policy and Company Specification requirements. Escalating non-conformances as appropriate.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with on-station IT/OT Cyber & Information Security Station Leads, PCSSs, IT Services Team Leaders, Site Heads of Security, and other key personnel.
- Promoting Information Security policy, procedures and practice to staff, contractors and 3rd parties, particularly at the Nuclear Operations fleet power stations.
- Investigation, coordination and reporting of Cyber/Information Security incidents as directed by the OT Cyber Requirements Manager, ensuring incidents are followed up and addressed appropriately.
- Assisting with the development of strategies and solutions to mitigate identified Information Security risks and to assure the security of OT.
- Performing formal Information Security risk assessments to ensure that risks posed to the Nuclear Operations environment are correctly identified and appropriate mitigations selected.
- Providing additional support necessary to enable Information Security activities across Nuclear Operations in support of the wider Information Security team as directed by the OT Cyber Requirements Manager and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).



Who you are…

Your background may include some of the following:


- HND/Degree in a relevant subject.
- A working knowledge of cyber security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST or IEC62443), and some experience of applying these to an operational role. With an understanding or willingness to learn about safety engineering.
- Experience working on complex projects.
- The ability to work on own initiative, build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders as part of a wider information and cyber security team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to think critically and logically in a highly regulated environment.

You will be responsible for negotiating licensing agreements with Bloomberg's customers which range from major financial institutions to government entities across a wide range of fin-tech products and services that are dynamic and often cutting-edge. We'll rely on you to build internal partnerships and balance both the needs and drive of Bloomberg Sales and our customers in a time-sensitive environment.

We'll Trust You To:

• Respond to contract inquiries and negotiate legal terms and conditions with our customers
• Multitask 30+ contract negotiations and projects at a time
• Develop strong partnerships with Legal Counsel, Sales, Product, Contracts and Accounting teams
• Operate in an open and communicative way with our colleagues during all phases of the negotiation
• Be a quick learner who thrives in an increasingly regulated and fast paced environment
• Stay abreast of business sales and product strategies
• Be an active participant in identifying and supporting projects that continuously improve our own operations as well as those that streamline processes between us and our business partners.
• Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Mandarin since you will be responsible for covering Greater China among other countries throughout APAC. Additional Japanese language skills a plus

You’ll Need To Have:

• A bachelor's or Law degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated contract experience negotiating legal and commercial terms & conditions with customers or suppliers
• Experience partnering closely with legal counsel
• Strong attention to detail and risk
• Superb work ethic and judgment
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Bloomberg’s proprietary technology, which is an integral part of the contract process workflow
• Adaptable to the changing needs of our business partners and external customers
• A self-starter who is proactive, independent and solution driven
• An enthusiastic teammate, who is reliable, has a positive can-do attitude and is receptive to and actions feedback
• Someone who enjoys an innovative, challenging and ever-changing environment
• Flexibility to work some evening hours to hold conference calls with colleagues in New York

Deliver the healthy child programme and work in partnership with families to develop and agree tailored health plans as required.
