Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Collect payments and deposits, maintaining professionalism and cleanliness in the reception area.
• Manage reservations from diverse channels (OTA, Phone, Walk-ins, Website).
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor for optimal room allocation and special arrangements.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate the collection of guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed information about the hotel, room options, rates, amenities, and activities.
• Conduct night audits and generate management reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Able to work shifts and on public holidays, 6 days a week.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbally).
   

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Have vast knowledge and experience in explaining the company's profile to clients.
• Prepares materials for weekly and monthly errands
• Name Cards | Loyalty Cards | Updating of Cards
• Generates official documents such as report, employment contract letter, payment invoices etc.
• Maintains proper filing of reports and documents for business usage and record
