Team Summary

The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management, product strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design for the development and growth of Visa’s products across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The Product Development and Commercialisation is a horizontal service group, within Regional Product team that has end-to-end responsibility for building and delivering new capabilities aligned with the AP Product Roadmap.

What a Director – Deployment Strategy will do:

The Director will be a member of the leadership team reporting to the AP Regional Head of Product Development and Commercialisation and will lead and own strategy initiatives. The incumbent will lead end to end strategy as well as the deployment and development efforts of the regional muti year plans.

Essentially, the individual will:

• Work with and support Product verticals and markets and owns the development of strategies with alignment of the regional and global priorities.
• Front regional business planning and develop proposals to address product roadmap development needs
• Monitor competitive developments across the region as well as globally, and be involved in the development of timely responses to emerging trends and opportunities across AP.
• A typical effort may entail working closely with senior stakeholders to understand and logically structure the problem, develop hypothesis, work with cross-functional teams to validate the hypothesis, develop strategy to address the problem, and develop recommendations and execution plan to present to the regional leadership.
• Lead end-to-end strategy efforts with a small team of analysts. The strategy efforts can range from developing focused product strategies in responding to developing market trends to developing multi-year plans for the region, addressing emerging competitive and economic model issues, managing commercial response to regulatory changes, developing cross-product programs, and supporting strategic investment assessments.
• Collaborate and work across markets, cultures and teams within Visa as well as client organizations.
• Lead a team and program manage deployment efforts to ensure timely delivery as well as launch of key initiatives

Practicing at a Highly Advanced level in a specialism within the directorate, our directorate lead role balances leadership and clinical practice to deliver compassionate excellence. Reporting to the Divisional Lead Pharmacist, they maintain a key relationship between their clinical directorate and the pharmacy directorate to ensure good medicine management and the delivery of patient focussed medicines optimisation. The Directorate Lead Pharmacists act as role models in terms of Trust values and behaviours as well as clinical expertise. The post-holder will lead, develop, deliver, evaluate and be responsible for delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service and medicines optimisation advice to the directorate. The T&O directorate includes Trauma (JR site), Orthopaedics (Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre - NOC site) and Rheumatology (NOC site) and the role includes line management an expanding team of pharmacists responsible for day to day clinical cover for these areas. The postholder will provide operational oversight to pharmacy services on the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre site, and across the T&O directorate as a whole. The post holders role within these specialities includes to: 1. Work collaboratively with the highly advanced pharmacist for rheumatology to optimise service within available resource. 2. Work collaboratively with the highly advanced pharmacist for specialist surgery and ophthalmology to support pharmacy service provision to trauma areas on JR site, providing in person support to junior staff working on trauma wards at the JR at least one day per fortnight. 3. Actively promote pharmacy services and service need within the trauma and orthopaedics directorate. 4. Ensure pharmacy services are developed and expanded to meet the changing needs of the patient cohort under the care of the T&O directorate, and on the NOC site. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Direct Patient Care Deliver compassionate excellence via a patient focused clinical pharmacy service, in accordance with national medicines optimisation principles and local clinical pharmacy procedures. Analyse prescriptions, alongside technical resources, patient records and information from patient consults to form an opinion on the most appropriate course of action. Accurately and sensitively communicate medicines related information to a variety of healthcare professionals and patients including those with language difficulties, physical or mental disabilities, in a way that facilitates shared decision making. Optimise transfer of patient care, though timely completion of medicines reconciliation and communication with GPs and community pharmacy teams. Participate in and promote antimicrobial stewardship, medicines safety, and medicines effectiveness initiatives. Support others with highly specialised advice and guidance on patient management in areas where evidence base is lacking or opinions are conflicting. Demonstrate an advanced level of clinical reasoning and judement. Train to become a NMP and when registered with the GPhC and the OUH, prescribe within the Trusts policy for Non-medical Prescribing. Within your own area of specialism independently manage patients, this may be via case referrals, outpatient or ambulatory review, or as part of a multidisciplinary ward round or MDT meeting. Support medicines optimisation for patients within the specialism across a whole system e.g. primary to secondary care within the ICB, or across a wider geography where teriary services are provided. Support OUH dispensaries, and liaise with external agencies (Such as aseptic production services or homecare providers) to ensure safe, timely and appropriate supply of medications to patients. Take responsibility for the assessment of financial and clinical risk of use of unlicensed medicines, balancing this with the clinical situation posed. Supporting Professional Activities Leadership and Management Act as a role model for pharmacy within the Trust, demonstrating the GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals and our Trust values. RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Human Resources and Faculty Administration (HRFA).
• HR Technology Management
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of HR Technology systems/platforms to improve and streamline HR operations, as well as enhancing the user experience for employees, line managers and HR users.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR function and IT/System implementation partner for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project and ongoing technology initiatives/enhancements.
  • Lead the design and delivery of new/enhancement of HR technology solutions including HRIS (SAP HR ECC, SAP SuccessFactors modules) and other relevant 3rd party HR tools (e.g., Qliksense, Glint, Chronus, Microsoft Office Tools, Document management System) to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and integration between HR systems and other organizational platforms, aligning to business requirements.
  • Facilitate the change management process for the deployment of new systems or major updates to existing HR systems/modules.
• Data Management and Analytics/Reporting
  • Oversee the management of HR data, not limiting to data structure inventory, data accuracy and compliance with data privacy.
  • Drive HR analytics and through development of standard reports/dashboard to provide insights into key HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with IT department to implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive HR data and ensure data access control.
• Process Optimisation
  • Lead and collaborate with business owners (internal HR or external stakeholders) to operationalise the implementation of the HR/Academic policies and processes via technology.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
• Compliance and Vendor Management
  • Oversee and review users' access for all HR related systems, i.e., HRMS such as SAP HR/SuccessFactors, reporting tool such as Qliksense, electronic document management system, Intranet repository, 3rd party systems, etc. to ensure segregation of duties are being managed appropriately according to internal control guidelines.
  • Participate in the periodic audit review exercise, not limiting to users' access maintenance.
  • Manage relationship with HR technology vendors, together with the IT department, on system patches/upgrades, maintenance, adhering service level agreement, contract negotiation.
• Training and Documentation
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for users on the use of HR technology platform. Create and maintain documentation, user guide, FAQs to support end-users to navigate the system effectively.
• Team Management
  • Lead and mentor the team members, providing guidance on project prioritization, continuous development and keeping up with new technology trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of broad HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR technology implementation, or related roles, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, including HRMS (SAP HR ECC, SAP SuccessFactors), 3rd party faculty information system, survey platform (Glint).
• Proficiency in HR solutions' configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Highly self-motivated and independent thinking abilities.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder influencing/engagement capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multiple teams and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team's members.
