In this position, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and implementation of training on strategic Salesforce technology implementations company-wide. This role collaborates very closely with the BT Training and Change managers, project team members, and Subject Matter Experts from across the business to ensure that impacted stakeholders can effectively use any newly implemented technology or enhancements along with understanding any process changes that will occur as a result of the new technology.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders throughout BT and the Salesforce organization to conduct training needs assessments for new technology implementations and releases, identifying skill gaps and training requirements for impacted end-users.
- Training Development: Create and maintain training documentation, including training manuals, user guides, videos, and interactive resources, to support participants' learning and provide a quick reference for future use.
- Technology Adoption Support: Collaborate with project teams to develop training strategies and plans for the rollout of new technologies, systems, or software. Ensure smooth technology adoption and user acceptance through targeted training initiatives.
- Logistics: Develop and manage complex training implementation plans to include delivering solutions to multiple roles and geographies.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Implement training evaluation methods, collect participant feedback, and analyze training effectiveness. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the training development proces. Manage the complexities of global training rollouts, which may involve partnering with teams across different regions and timezones.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Very organized and diligent.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Articulate 360, Captivate, and Canva or related software.
- 5+ years work experience in training needs analysis and curriculum development, preferably in a technical or professional services environment
- Solid understanding of the latest training industry developments, innovations, and techniques
- Data-driven approach that seeks quantitative and qualitative evidence to uncover needs and measure impact
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple team member viewpoints and priorities and collaborate multi-functionally
- Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree or equivalent work experience
