• Oversee the daily store operations and its manpower planning

• Hire, train, motivate and manage the team to achieve the best results

• Responsible for admin duties in the outlet including but not limited to inventory management, sales forecast, invoices consolidation, generate reports such as sales report or costing report and attend management meetings

Job Description:

• Manage procurement for existing and proposed data centers in regional sites
• Manage RFP and procurement process.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase goods for direct and indirect materials according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)
• Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives. Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop newly qualified vendors to maintain a strong and healthy supply base.
• Keep abreast of the market/price situation and conduct a regular price comparison.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or minimum Diploma in Business studies major Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management/Engineering, preferably with technical background or experience.
• Possess at least 5 years’ related experience in façade product manufacturing and/or construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies
• Understanding of supplier relationships and have experience of working with suppliers
