The intention of the Law Internship Program is to introduce participants to the federal legal system and receive an introduction to federal procedures in both the civil and criminal settings.   • Plan capacity of assigned area and sub-contract work if necessary.

  • Give work direction and prioritize schedules on the shop floor.

• Purchasing

  • Plan and execute the flow of externally procured material from the supplier into the factory for assigned products ensuring inventory optimization and flow of material.

  • Ensure planning information is communicated with suppliers in a timely manner. Phase out, delivery changes, etc.

  • Work with suppliers on establishing Kanban agreements to reduce inventory and lead-time.

  • Proactively communicate supply shortages to appropriate personnel.

• Inventory

  • Manage inventory to ensure cell objectives are met and in line with company objectives.

  • Manage assigned product to meet customer service and inventory plans.

  • Manage surplus and obsolete inventory and actively disposition inventory if required

• Improvements

  • Identify and implement best business material planning strategies to support corporate and divisional objectives, providing Graco a competitive advantage in all areas of the supply chain.

  • Define, drive and implement process improvements and systems improvements for materials activities. Provide timely, accurate results to streamline and improve processes.

  • Effectively represent material planning on cross-functional teams within Graco.

Your impact:

As a product intern, you will be working on Core Collective’s new Customer Management System (CMS) which is a combination of three products - Resident Mobile Application, Member Mobile Application and the Admin Panel. The responsibility of the intern coming into this role is to focus on conducting testing for all three software products to ensure that they are fit for purpose.

• Conduct manual user acceptance testing based on end to end business test cases and detect, report and track defects.
• Conduct functional testing on digital products to ensure that all features have been developed according to business request specifications.

• Prepare a product database consisting of product info, FAQs, solutions based on available product materials.
• Using state of the art technology (eg. LLM, RLHF) to provide a chatbot for customer questions (inquiries, troubleshooting, FAQs)
