Primary Purpose:

The Executive Director of Horticulture & Floral develops and executes the strategic plan for the department consistent with the strategic vision of the division's Center of Excellence and property leadership, as well as establishes the parameters that empower management with the authority to accomplish the duties of their assigned positions.

• Develops and monitors division operation budgets through the evaluation of projects and labor to remain within budgetary constraints, ensure profitability, and meet targeted deadlines.

About the Role:

The Sales Ops Director role is a strategic sales operations role, supporting the commercial organization as a partner to the business. The Director will be responsible for driving operational improvements across the aligned business segment; combining quantitative rigor and business acumen to identify business trends and opportunities, design optimal workflows, and introduce innovative capabilities to the business.  The Director will work cross-functionally partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute the strategy for our Go-to-Market. The individual will support sales leadership in evaluating sales performance against goals, opportunities for optimization, and attainment vs. forecast, utilizing various tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed. This person will drive the rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.  The Director will support the Commercial EVP and report to the VP, Sales Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: utilize your expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing the GTM strategy and the levers that impact revenue enablement for your aligned business segment(s). Exposure and understanding of marketing, sales, channel, services and customer success is critical, so we can ensure each business segment strategy aligns with and drives the overall company goals

• Problem resolution: Proactive identification of issues, and ability to drive remediation and/or mitigation initiatives utilizing data, tools, and cross functional relationships/processes.

• Program Management:  Create structure/systems in the business where it was lacking before, leverage your technology proficiencies to make improvements in the business, manage overall programs and tasks related to operationalizing the programs of your aligned business segment

• Pattern recognition: Analyze trends related to organizational performance in order to direct the organization's resources and identify organizational needs.  Make recommendations back to the business based on trends.

• Communicate & educate the organization on priorities:  Message changes and bridge the gap between the business and operations.

• Responsible for change management on key initiatives.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and management of the company’s Rules of Engagement and any other compliance process.

• Preparation and readiness for key deal reviews.

• Manage and provide visibility around leading indicators of future pipeline development and revenue generation (i.e., activity based measures).

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

• Leading and developing the Accuray Installation teams to ensure timely implementation of the installation schedule Manage day to day activities of staff to ensure linearity in the installation process while meeting corporate revenue targets.
• Manage the requirements for installation of products and work closely with the sites to ensure they are ready to install on the planned dates.
• Drive cycle time of contingent and non-contingent backlog to meet company targets.

Revenue Management Americas

• Be the primary subject matter expert on key backlog and revenue recognition practices for Americas region and ensure that revenue is accurate and recognized timely.
• Partner closely with the sales organization and contracts management/legal to ensure that transactions are booked in accordance with the Company’s backlog policy
  • Review and help negotiate key contractual terms
  • Review pricing, configuration and gross margin
  • Facilitate approval from Executive Management as needed
• Provide guidance on moving backlog transactions to revenue and be an integral part of the revenue forecasting process

The Managing Director of People and Operations (MD,P&O) will serve as City Year Miami’s main owner of site culture and operational practices to drive outcomes and people satisfaction. This leader will work collaboratively with other department heads to ensure the site is engaging in ways that align to organizational values and aspirations. The MD,P&O will lead the day-to-day operations of the site, and plays a critical role in ensuring staff and corps have the necessary tools and resources to drive student impact. Job Description

Site Strategy and Initiatives: thinking through people and operations strategy with a lens on reaching our goals, the MD,P&O will: 

·         Manage the development and implementation of a people strategy that supports the site’s strategies and outcomes. 

·         Support the creation of a scope and sequence for staff meetings to drive site goals 

·         Support effective internal communications processes at all levels

Talent Acquisition and People Experience: Serving as the main HR point of contact, the MD,P&O will maintain a focus on the higher level people needs and strategies and will: 

·         Partner with hiring managers to develop and coordinate hiring process and applicant interviews for open positions (support varied from resume reviews and developing interview processes to ensuring best practices are followed to mitigate bias and support a positive candidate experience)

·         Lead on all aspects of site budget and finance management. 

 

Health and safety, prevention/management: With a balance of individual and collective needs, the MD,P&Os will: 

·         Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines 

·         Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety (COVID, Hurricane prep, natural disasters, etc.) 

·         Interface with building management on safety protocols and drills

Site Operations and Office Management: With a balance of individual and collective needs, the MD,P&Os will:

·         Maintain and improve operational processes and procedures to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently, including ensuring staff and corps are fully trained and comply with site and headquarters processes & procedures. Serve as a resource to staff and AmeriCorps members regarding office operations questions and needs and ensure overall site compliance with HQ operational policies and practices. 

·         Maintain quality operations of office IT equipment (computers, printers, hotspot, etc.) and ensure that the office is well equipped with office supplies and materials. 

·         Manage relationships with building management staff and vendors. 

·         Support maintaining City Year’s content management system to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing. 

·         Lead special projects and change management initiatives including system and equipment upgrades. 

·         Manage City Year Miami Microsoft Teams environment.
