Summary Description:

ICF, Inc., is seeking a communications professional with prior public health campaign experience to lead outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts for a public health campaign geared to help reduce the stigma associated with mental health while seeking to increase the rate at which individuals seek mental health support. While the Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement Lead will collaborate with 6 – 7 other team members, this position will also work closely with mental health subject matter experts to collaboratively disseminate evidence-based content for the campaign. End products will include virtual and live events, social media content, infographics, email blasts, flyers, videos, podcasts, and other marketing products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the dissemination of products developed to inform and educate target audiences about mental health stigma. This could include, but not be limited to, products such as press releases, brochures, website content, social media content, videos, events, TV and radio PSAs, speeches, briefings and talking points, newsletters, and branding materials.

• Work with team members and mental health subject matter experts to support and provide input to the development of campaign products.

• Develop and implement tactical communication plans and strategic partnerships to deliver information and promote awareness of client programs and initiatives.

• Conduct outreach activities such as public relations events, conferences, and presentations (in-person and virtual) to enhance the dissemination of information to stakeholders and obtain stakeholder feedback.

About the Role

This role supports the global sale and trading of iron ore by BHP, one of the world’s biggest suppliers of iron ore to the global seaborne market.   Disputes related to the sale, purchase, transportation and processing of iron ore (which may be led by Disputes Legal).

The employee will work closely with the members of a team focusing on regulatory compliance issues with respect to marketing and other investor/third party materials and communications, as well as working with others on Blackstone’s global Legal and Compliance (“L&C”) team.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the administrative tasks, including coordinating and managing PR-related activities such as media pitching, press release writing and distribution, handling media queries, media hosting, media drop, and the stewarding of media relationships.

Job Description:         

The Senior Vice President will be a member of the compliance team focusing on regulatory compliance issues with respect to marketing and other investor/third-party materials and communications.  This is a leadership role that requires team building in a global environment and interfacing with senior management on challenging regulatory issues.  The SVP will supervise a US-based team responsible for reviewing investor and third-party communications and advising on legal and compliance matters that arise in connection with investor suitability, domestic and global marketing registration, and analysis and resolution of regulatory questions.  In addition to supervising staff in their reviews, the SVP also will be involved in development of new products and supporting cross-border distribution and marketing of one or more products.  In this role, the SVP will build strong relationships with teams in Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) and Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) to facilitate distribution of Blackstone’s various institutional and retail-oriented products.  The employee will also collaborate with other members of the Legal and Compliance (“L&C”) team, including the Chief Compliance Officers of the business units and marketing review teams in the APAC and EMEA regions.  The SVP will report to the Global Head of LP Communications.

The SVP will:

The PR Marketing Executive will be responsible for day to day servicing of PR and marketing customer accounts, and execution of integrated strategies.
