• Supports all legal business matters pertaining to the APAC region
• Provides a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients and legal APAC community
• Acts as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization’s government and regulatory compliance
• Reviews legal data and advises organizations on appropriate legal action to be taken
• Coordinates and monitors the legal matters handled by outside counsels and ensures the legal panel is updated based on the needs of the regional organization
• Advises and supports on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance and organization, drafting transactional documents, digital product license terms and conditions, commercial law, employment law, immigration law, intellectual property and technology law, data privacy, competition law, tax law, risk management,, contract management, and dispute resolution
• Supports of the APAC Legal Leaders Forum in terms of driving agenda creation, organization and planning

To Qualify

• A recognized degree in Law
• Significant corporate experience with min 2 - 4 years of legal experience gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm.
• Ability to work well under pressure
