Contract Procurement and Management

• Planning of repair and preventive maintenance programme/works for M&E systems
• Conduct due diligence study of prevailing market conditions and regulatory requirements fordrafting of maintenance contract requirements.

• Manage the daily operations of the retail outlets including daily cashiering, administrative, sales & marketing, retail merchandising, purchasing, customer service, finance, and manpower scheduling duties
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean, tidy & well maintained at all times
• Support team with creative ideas and ways to develop sales, marketing, promotions and events initiatives to expand our market exposure and community responsibilities
• Manage sales team on their day-to-day sales dealings and customer's feedback
• Incorporate creative ways to develop marketing, promotion, event, and collaboration initiatives to expand our market exposure and community responsibilities
• Explore new packaging ideas and packaging designs constantly to ensure relevancy
• Challenge production team with new and innovative flavours and products to ensure company's offerings is always ahead of the others
• Engage & improve operational productivity through key appointed projects that involves customer service training and development of technology to increase team’s efficiency and productivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to be a team player with various department
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Pleasant, mature, meticulous with good interpersonal skills
• Passion for food trends, and entrepreneurship, will be a great advantage
