Au sein du centre de compétences Mission Critical, vous serez amené à travailler pour nos clients sur des équipements industriels à haute technicité, y compris dans le domaine de la Défense (militaire), pour le développement de systèmes pour lesquels une panne a un impact critique.

 

Vous interviendrez en tant que Tech Lead Web sur un projet de restitution de mission d’avions de combats. Le système que nous développons permet aux pilotes de débriefer leur mission, en visualisant la situation tactique (position des alliés et ennemis), mais également les vidéos prises par les caméras de l’avion, simuler des tirs de missiles, vérifier le respect des règles de sûreté (altitude, hors de portée de l’ennemi…), etc.

 

Au sein d’une équipe projet d’une quarantaine de personnes, dont 20 développeurs, dans nos locaux à Vélizy, vous serez le Leader Technique de l’équipe de développement web, constituée de 7 à 8 personnes. Développer des IHMs de situation tactique, intégrer un nouveau système de cartographie basé sur Césium, faire évoluer notre framework interne pour réaliser des IHMs configurables, user-friendly, et surtout réutilisables et maintenables, et enfin rendre notre architecture plus générique pour se conformer à notre approche produit seront quelques-uns des challenges que vous aurez à relever.

 

Votre expérience sur des projets variés, notamment web, votre maitrise de la programmation orientée objet, ainsi que votre capacité d’adaptation vous permettront d’amener des bonnes pratiques au sein de l’équipe et de monter rapidement en compétence sur les technologies utilisées :

Who we are looking for

As a Senior Lead Developer, the candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for GTS Integration Services team. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in developing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworks, Spring MVC and Microservices on native and open cloud platforms using CI/CD. The successful candidate must be effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and be capable of meeting deadlines. The role expects senior developer with strong experience in business and software development, data analysis, system flows and design patterns in order to strategically develop the various products for Integration Services team.

• Analysis, Design and development of solutions for integration services. Candidate should deliver and manage multiple development projects.
• Represent team on all major technical upgrades and large technical efforts.
